## What is Arlez?

Arlez gives founders and small product teams one clear place for customer feedback.

Connect the Arlez feedback kit to your products, then review incoming reports by workspace and project. Keep customer conversations together, group related reports into product issues, and hand work off to the tools your team already uses.

Arlez is built to help small teams understand what customers are experiencing and close the loop without turning feedback into another project-management system.

An Arlez account is required. You can export or permanently delete your account and its owned workspace data from Settings.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Founder (EUR 9.00/month), Studio (EUR 39.00/month) and Business (EUR 99.00/month) are auto-renewable monthly subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings after purchase. A subscription covers every workspace you own; people you invite do not need their own.
