I had to also get the app Libby since I stopped being able to properly put a hold on audiobooks via this app. But I can still use it to put books on hold, check them out, plus it has the events feed which is 👍👍👍 ### 4/5 — Clunky, but it works *2025-04-21* Not the most elegant of interface’s, but it gets the job done. ### 5/5 — Love that mobile card *2024-11-16* And checking holds and I can check things out for my daughter with her card on my app. I just love our libraries anyway so that helps ### 2/5 — Spins and spins *2024-07-07* While when it works it’s not bad, some days it just spins and spins and never lets you use the app. Even if you update the app, wait, force close, or anything else. I also appreciate the news section, booklists, and the ability to check out other offerings like meeting rooms and free events (TONS of them — author talks, board game nights, storytimes) in one place. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2024-01-27* I just downloaded this app maybe 2-3 weeks ago, and as of this week, it has completely stopped working. It won’t even open / load. I tried updating my iPhone to the latest OS, restarting etc, and that didn’t fix the problem. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2023-11-01* The app wasn’t working so I deleted it and downloaded the latest version in the Apple store. I access with an iPhone. Still didn’t work. When trying to log in I get a circle going round and round w/o end. Their server may not have enough capacity to handle all the transactions. Also, I get notifications from the library, but when I click on them, it goes to the home page, but nothing shows whatever triggered the notification—not an email, text message, or anything. When I access their web site using my iPhone (i.e. w/o using their app), everything works. Also the previous app, before the recent revision, used to work well. The county should do better than this product. ### 3/5 — i can’t get out. *2023-10-29, version 2.0.24* captive pages and no way to log out. as expected. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with iPads *2023-10-07* Recent update make it so you can’t log in with iPads, hopefully will be fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Still does not work *2023-08-19* After months the latest version still does not work on ipad.
