Designed by an engineer as my husband says. There is a lot of functionality but it is complicated to use (I’ve had to write notes!). And there’s no way to temporarily override the settings if you want to suddenly turn on a camera to check something but it’s programmed to be off. Also the app randomly logs you out (I mean, what if there was an emergency?). To log back in they email you a security code (texting it is not an option). When I navigate away from the Arlo app into my email, Arlo resets the code!! So it’s impossible to do on my phone. I have to go to a computer (which I rarely use these days), log into my email from there, and then do the whole setup business.
