### 5/5 — Standard deficits

*2023-09-12, version 1.5.13*

Very surprised at the deficits I saw today. Only 1 out of 5 met min requirements for each position on fresh test

A definite eye opener for college level pitchers

### 5/5 — Best arm care regimen

### 5/5 — Absolute Truth Teller

*2023-07-24, version 1.5.11*

The ArmCare App has done more for my athletes than any device out there! It shows them the actual state of their arm! We can see gains in strength as well as showing when they are in fatigue! Combine metrics with an actual workout plan and you have a great arm care routine! I highly recommend ArmCare.com! I work with high school, college, and professional athletes.

### 5/5 — What can be improved and what’s already good

*2023-01-28, version 1.5.5*

I think that the ArmCare app is great for athletes of all sorts and they just make it easier for you to track your progress and see things about your arm you can’t see anywhere else. It’s amazing. The only thing that can be improved for me and I bet a lot of other people is the training from home. If you don’t have a device to connect it to you have to do pretty pointless workouts instead. This makes sense for business so people buy your product to get the full experience but it isn’t good coming from someone who generally cant afford it. Other than that, I think it’s a truly remarkable app seeing the things that it can do. I really do love it!

### 5/5 — Awesome

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This is not friendly

*2026-07-14, version 1.9.9*

Does not work right now giving a one star is extremely generous

### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel subscription

*2025-11-09, version 1.7.8*

Developers make it Impossible to cancel auto-renew subscription within the app or on web

### 1/5 — Ok but needs work.

*2025-05-12, version 1.5.57*

Whenever I use the app it always turns off in the middle of my exercise.

### 1/5 — No way to cancel subscription

*2024-02-01, version 1.5.20*

There is no way to cancel subscription.

### 1/5 — App

*2023-12-21, version 1.5.16*

App glitches out and needs to be fixed

### 2/5 — Very frustrating

*2026-05-29, version 1.9.7*

I have loved this app and it has really improved my shoulder strength, but just recently they updated their workouts and added a whole new kit of bands. The package cost another few rounders dollars on top of the subscription and the original kit of bands I had bought. It is frustrating that I have to buy all new bands to an already expensive program. I have loved this program but it is frustrating that they add more things to buy.

### 2/5 — Product is great but yearly fee is to much

*2025-06-27, version 1.6.1*

I purchased the ArmCare system online for $250, which is a great deal considering the value it provides. However, when I bought it, the yearly subscription fee on the app was only $32. Now it’s $72, which too much of an increase. I would have gladly given a 5-star review if the annual pricing had remained the same.

### 2/5 — Keeps pausing music on iPhone

*2025-03-01, version 1.5.52*

This is SO ANNOYING. I’m trying to listen to music but anytime I open the ArmCare app, click on exercises within the app, or change pages within the app it pauses Spotify. This is like the only app on my phone I have this problem with, please fix it ArmCare!! It’s not like I’m even clicking on videos within the app. It’s just generic pages with exercise sets and analytics info. It’s so freaking annoying and it will stop me from using this app and program because working out in silence is awful

### 3/5 — Confusing

*2025-08-18, version 1.7.1*

Hard to understand but it works

### 3/5 — Good app, has some rough spots

*2022-04-21, version 1.4.6*

The app is great, it has some rough spots especially around poor networks (for example, if the network is poor it will fail to upload the test results and you’ll have to retake the test once the network is restored).

However otherwise it is really great.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Latest update review

*2026-03-12, version 1.9.1*

I like the new improvements a lot but I need some help. I’m constantly in between school, baseball, and other activities. My point being, I am not finding time to do all of these training exercises. My goal is keep my arm primarily health over getting it stronger. I know this app and company will explode over time but consider school and other things for athletes at the college level and lower who still battle school work and family

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-03-09, version 1.9.0*

Great app, has brought me so far in terms of strength and pitching.

### 5/5 — Great app Great results

*2025-11-06, version 1.7.8*

Has built up so much strength and has protected arms for so long it is a great app, but it does come with some good features that you do need to spend money on I have had so many so so so so so many good results with this app, including to starting off at 42 and getting to 59 within the span of a year all around it has been so great with personalized plans, strength sessions, and a daily check into base all of how you’re feeling Definitely a must have if you’re trying to build strength at a youth age

### 5/5 — Strength Matters Most

*2025-08-27, version 1.7.3*

The Arm Care app is an absolutely essential tool for coaches looking to maximize arm health, velocity and command. Our high school pitching staff did not have a single injury this past season as a result of consistent testing, monitoring and adhering to the exercises laid out by the app. I’m so grateful to be a part of the program and look forward to watching them continue to change the careers of athletes one day at a time!
