Is this app down?

I failed to get up the app on the phone every time I wanted to use it. I tried to delete and re-download the app but no changes had happened.

App is completely empty

The app is empty and includes no data for my university, waste of space

Simply terrible

We’ve had nonstop issues with the app. Extremely slow interface, lazy coding, awful booking system. It’s got me so annoyed I’m forced to write a review. The creators are clearly so arrogant that they believe that universities around the country are going to use this. Every single one of our training sessions has been overbooked because the app cannot handle cancellations like it claims. We only used it initially because it claims to be convenient, but using the postal system would be a more efficient way of booking. Every time I open the app I get annoyed and all of our members feel the same. We are deleting the app and I highly encourage everyone to avoid downloading at all costs. Use Facebook, use WhatsApp, use anything else.

Response from developer

Hi Tadhg, I'm sorry to hear that you've had such a negative experience with the app. As a student-led initiative, we've always tried to build the best possible platform to meet the needs of the sports clubs. Clearly, on this occasion, we've not hit the mark.  I do apologise for any inconvenience that we may have caused your club and for that, I can only apologise. We will do everything we can to continue to improve the app and certainly won't take your feedback lightly. If we can help in any way or you want to talk about this further then you can contact me directly at mark@armago.co.uk. Mark (founder)
