## What is ARMercryXEX?

ARMercryXEX tracks time-based assets and liabilities within a unified ledger. You can establish consistent habits and reusable templates—specifying minutes saved per instance, projected frequency, and associated costs—while also logging backlogs, the costs of delays, and attention interruptions. By selecting a 7-, 30-, or 90-day view, you can analyze how assets and liabilities jointly impact recoverable time and save current valuations. Habit check-ins, template reuse, and "debt" repayments generate timestamped activity logs, which form the basis for monthly reports summarizing actual time recovered and repaid. Multiple check-ins on the same day do not result in cumulative totals, preventing the overestimation of a habit's actual yield. Income and expenses are recorded separately; time valuations are not counted as cash income.
