I've brought other Roy Harris apps before and to be honest they were much better than this. The video looks very dated, even Roy has hair in this lol. The technics were still relevant I suppose but can't help thinking this was copied of a Betamax tape...

As a white and Blue belt, i was able to apply these concepts against higher belts, Roy harris jiujitsu system is unstoppable.
