I received a French Connection blazer that had a black mark on it. One of the sweaters I ordered was pilled. The app suggests outfits that often have “check back soon” on the clothes, so it’s advertising appealing clothes that aren’t available to order. I didn’t realize I would continue to get billed even if I wasn’t ordering additional clothes and the company refused to refund me for charges even though it’s clear I haven’t used the service. ### 4/5 — Great app ver functional *2026-04-24* This app is very functional, photos are great, reviews are so helpful, especially being able to filter by people who are made like I am. Wishlist of app enhancements: 1) add tagging for items in favorites/lists to further filter. 2) Allow users to build outfits from their own saved items. ### 5/5 — Love the app and the service! *2026-03-05, version 1.39.3* Armoire is amazing and this app makes browsing the inventory available in your sizes super easy. I love that it has an algorithm that learns what you generally like and suggests similar. I would love if it allowed you to bookmark or favorite designers/ brands and also show you items that stretch your comfort level a bit so you try new things. Similar to some of the subscription boxes “make it wild” setting when browsing. I absolutely love Armoire and as long as I can fit it in my budget, and not waste money on fast fashion, I will continue to use it. It’s such a great eco-friendly option and I get to wear high-quality clothing. ### 5/5 — Great item *2025-12-15, version 1.34.0* This is a very nice and comfortable piece. I really enjoyed wearing this dress. I have never heard of this brand so it was nice to get to know. ### 5/5 — Easy to use and stylish *2025-12-07* I’ve used other clothing rental apps and this one is my favorite. I appreciate the size charts for most clothes and it’s very easy to navigate. They offer cute clothes that save me money on buying multiple dresses a year for formal work events. Both casual-formal clothes are offered. Easy to track my case shipment and browse new styles. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-11-10, version 1.32.0* With update I can't swap ### 3/5 — So so experience *2025-11-03, version 1.32.0* The app is super glitchy. Lots of clothing that is well beyond is wearability or arrives to me stained, ripped or threadbare. Customer service leaves a bit to be desired as well. I have over a thousand pieces in my list to try, but very few are ever available. Shipping is decent, which is why I chose Armoire, but I wish they would require a signature simply due to where I live. They use fed ex who is notorious for leaving packages out in the middle of a busy Main Street. 6 out of 10 as far as clothing rental services. ### 3/5 — Great app that needs some fixes *2025-11-03* Love this app, can’t wait for the glitches to be fixed. While I’m looking through clothing it freezes and stops working and I have to restart from scratch and input all the filters all over again. When I am reviewing the clothes that I have at home, after each review, it freezes and I have to shut the app down and restart it to review the next item. I am sure armoire will be able to fix these things soon! ### 2/5 — Glitchy App! *2025-10-29, version 1.31.0* I love armoire clothing but the app is so glitchy, constantly freezing, that I can’t fully participate. Love clothes options and ease of delivery/return. Quick replies from customer service team. There have been TOO many glitches—app not working, box lost in warehouse and can’t get clothes I selected.
