I been merging so many legs, bodies and weapons that I’ve noticed something. It doesn’t change the weapons in lvl 20 - 25+ which is SO ANNOYING! The guns are exactly the same as the ones in the lower levels which is like 1 - 20. That’s why I put 4 stars instead of 5.
