After purchasing the app, I realized that it does not recognize any external drives and doesn’t scan the internal drives. When you click “browse” a blank screen comes up. Basically, the app opens and does nothing .

**Developer response:** Depending on your device and firmware also the necessary rights app behaves like the experience you faced. 
With accepting proper privileges and latest firmware app functions as described in app store

You can choose driver and the media to be deleted permanently with secure algorithms
