This whole thing is a scam it lets you win for your first game and then it makes you lose and you can clearly see it open up at the top after your first play like you will get a perfects grip and then it opens complete scam don’t recommend

Really fun claw game. Won 4 prizes, paid for coins, paid for VIP shipping. Prizes ‘shipped’ in April and may and still haven’t received anything. Customer service sends generic message about being patient. It’s a great game if you don’t actually care if you get anything in return.

I was playing the game, and whenever I would get one of the items in my claw the claw would open before it went to the little box and I ended up winning nothing. this game is rigged and whoever made it needs to fix it.
