I believe th company i fraudulent and a scam ### 3/5 — I do not recommend getting this game unless you want to win no prizes *2023-07-17* I was playing the game, and whenever I would get one of the items in my claw the claw would open before it went to the little box and I ended up winning nothing. this game is rigged and whoever made it needs to fix it. ### 2/5 — I am not impressed *2023-06-06* I have been trying to get a 2 Prize and I can’t I’m gonna give this game two stars first because I just wanted to be one price and then you get it shipped to you second because you don’t even get points every day are you guys four points from a box why can’t you just get 200 points a day ### 3/5 — Pretty Great Customer Service/App *2023-02-14* Most of the time when I play a machine, I hit record just in case the machine glitches out or messes up; so when or if it does I’d have proof of it and to inform/ask ArmsWave for a refund on coins(if possible). So when sending out an email they usually reply within 1-3 days(which is pretty nice since they actually respond and try to help you out). *But one of the things to make sure of before you send out a video/email..is to make sure you had good service or good Wi-Fi quality/speed…because if you didn’t or even played while your device battery % was low- that’s possibly one of the reasons why the machine glitched; another thing would also be to send them your profile name(username) within the email so they could possibly work things out with you. Overall, they have a pretty cool customer service/s and app so far. Edit: Also noticed that you may have to swing in the items/prizes to win because the claws are pretty okay and sometimes open before actually getting to the drop point to win- also I have noticed there was a bug crawling around in the claw machine… **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, Galszm. This is such a rip off, has been for the last few months! I paid for vip and this used to be my favorite game! Now you couldn’t win a prize if you try! I actually received an email from customer support saying that they couldn't afford to give away prizes to people who didn't pay, and that if I wanted to win I had to make a purchase TO INCREASE my chances of winning. That's not how a "skill" game is designed to operate. I was honestly surprised, and when I sent them a very upset reply, I was told "we are already spending too much money on our prizes and shipping fees, and you don't get to tell us how to run our business! Please don't come back" So if you just want to play a free claw game and have a 0% chance of winning, then this is your game. If you don't mind spending a minimum of $20 per win, then you are in the right place! Developers please respond! I still have the emails from your customer service team that prove that everything I've said is true.
