### 4/5 — Good App Just Missing Some Features

*2022-06-26, version 1.6*

What’s there is great but it’s missing some very useful categories

### 4/5 — Soldier Data/Info Transfer

*2021-02-28, version 1.6*

I just downloaded the app and instructed my SQD LDRS to do the same and give me their take on the app.

One feature I think would be helpful as a platoon or even company level would be to have a way of letting individual Soldiers upload their basic information on the app and then transferring/updating their data on the app and have it update real time between company level. Also if a Soldier was to move between squads or platoons the Soldiers info could be sent over easily between PSG/SQD LDRS instead of having to re-create an entirely new data page.

With Soldiers moving, change in family status, job/school changes, phone numbers changing etc it would be more proactive and allows Soldiers that ability to stay up to date.

I’m still looking over the app and if this feature is available please direct me to the tutorial. Thanks

### 4/5 — Great app

*2020-12-06, version 1.6*

Great app would like to see the ability to break down soldiers into squads and add there positions IE squad leader/team leader and additional duties also

### 4/5 — UPDATE PLZZZZ

*2020-10-14, version 1.6*

Please incorporate dark mode and iPad support

### 4/5 — Update for iPad?

*2020-04-02, version 1.6*

Everything works properly and smooth. It would be a much better experience on the iPad if the screen was fixed to it. If it wasn’t for that, this would have a 10 stars if possible!

### 5/5 — Reports

*2019-10-28, version 1.5*

Can a PCS report be added?

### 5/5 — Actual Book

*2019-06-25, version 1.5*

This is awesome, however it be nice to download on paper to put in a binder! I’m old school and like having a binder or something to show.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2019-06-06, version 1.5*

The app within itself is amazing. Can you develop a version compatible with a Mac/PC??

### 5/5 — NCO TRACKER

*2019-05-10, version 1.5*

Good morning,

I am a newly promoted NCO recently graduated the NCOA, out of Fort Dix NJ. During on of our courses we covered leaders books and how to keep track of our soldiers.

As a new team leader this app has facilitated me doing my job that much more effective and efficiently. I want to thank you for creating this app. I truly believe this should be pushed out to all service members. This should be the standard.

Thank you!

### 5/5 — Upload docs

*2019-05-03*

Showed this to my 1sg and he said it’s great but he asked me can I put my guys SGLV, MEDPRO, LES in there as well.

Next Update: Ability to upload docs via email. Pretty much a folder for each person on the roster that can hold PDF files like what I said up top.

I would pay 5$ for that upgrade cause too many times I’ve been in a PSG meeting with 1sg and he needs some info on a solider. Be amazing if I could keep the counseling packet on my phone. My CSM loves when people have this app. Clean and organized!

### 5/5 — Leader Tool

*2019-03-29, version 1.5*

Quite possibly the only tool leaders need for their soldiers. Period.

### 4/5 — One suggestion

*2018-10-16, version 1.5*

I am a 88M truck driver SFC platoon sergeant for a very big transportation company. I would love it if you could add a section for vehicles maintenance and deadline/fault status. If the vehicle is fully mission capable FMC and non mission capable NMC.

### 5/5 — iPad support

*2018-10-09, version 1.5*

Love the app I just wish it would load in full screen on iPad. Other than that great app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Needs Update

*2024-09-30, version 1.7*

Been 2 yrs since last update. Should probably consider or did yall abandon the app?

### 1/5 — Lost all data

*2018-07-08, version 1.5*

My entire database was lost following an upgrade. I emailed the support address but never got a response.

### 2/5 — Excellent app

*2016-07-31, version 1.3*

Good job on the app. Needs to be iPhone 6 compatible. Overall very useful.

-------

Needs to be updated for iPhone 6 and 6s size pls.

-------

Can you please update your product for iPhone 6?

### 3/5 — Good starting point but to support

*2021-10-29, version 1.6*

I enjoy this app but if you need support the admin doesn’t t respond.

Newly promoted NCOs will find this useful, but as your grow and expand onto higher echelons of leadership or even transfer units… the limitations of this app will be relevant.

Recommendations would be:
The ability to sync with an online version so you can make more detailed changes

The ability to to transfer certain information to other NCOs as they transfer

The ability to do a mass delete or ability to delete multiple files as you change units/platoons

### 3/5 — Great app from an infantry SFC

*2016-02-18, version 1.3*

I love this app!

I use this as an infantry PSG with 15 years in the army

If you could make it so the phone and iPad versions sync up I'd give it four stars. If you could make it so I could update the app through a website or an app on a computer I would have to give it five stars.

Otherwise this app is perfect for everything a good leader in the army needs!

### 3/5 — Good app but needs work

*2013-02-20, version 1.1*

Great app! It needs to be compatible with the ipad. You need to be able to do wifi or cloud syncs. Then I could have it on my phone and iPad, without having to input the data twice. It would be AMAZING if I could send and receive soldier data. i.e. my team or squad leader creates the soldier on his iPhone or iPad then sends it to me. Then I wouldn't have a young soldiers filling out the same data twice for the same app. As a PSG I encourage all of my NCOs to move to the digital leaders book. However, until there is a wife, iCloud or email sync I am reluctant to push this too hard. That would just be too much work for an already busy platoon. I know I'm complaining about a great app. But if I wasn't complaining I wouldn't be using your app. It's great just keep moving forward! I have been looking for something like this for three years. I'll give you 5 stars when you have an iPad version!

All the way!

### 4/5 — Ecosystem

*2025-06-24, version 1.7*

This is a great app. This app just needs to make it to where the app’s information can transfers from one device to another. I have this app on my phone and iPad. I do most of in inputs on my IPad. But the info does not transfer to my phone. I must manually input info on both. This can be resolved through sign in accounts. Also alwaying for uploading PDF counselings.

### 4/5 — This is cool

*2022-09-26, version 1.7*

A really dope app! What would make it a 5 star is what some people have mentioned already: include the ability to transfer soldier data via text Airdrop, ie when soldiers move to another squad, PLT, etc.

### 4/5 — ACFT Update

*2022-08-01, version 1.6*

I love the app! It just needs to make an update as the ACFT events have changed since I purchased the app. Instead of the LTK, the timed plank needs to be there. Also, an option to use a period button would be helpful as well. A period may be needed for the distance on some of the ACFT events and the HT/WT section to calculate body composition.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Awesome helpful app

*2025-12-20, version 1.7*

Hopefully it can be updated for the AFT. Thank you for coming up with this.

### 5/5 — Upload docs

### 5/5 — So far it’s a good app could use some updates.

*2024-05-09*

I think the app is great but my one request is make it send notifications about soldier ETS dates and other important tracking info. Like the last year of their contract I could get monthly updates on ETSing soldiers. App says it does it and enabled but haven’t seen 1 yet

### 5/5 — Improves

*2023-08-09, version 1.7*

Great product! I love it! It’s helped me retain accountability and what to do next regarding my guys.

Improve:
-Picture function inside the temporary/perminant profile.
-add an address/phone # selection inside the profile

### 5/5 — Must Have

*2022-12-02, version 1.7*

Everywhere I go I slide my subordinate leaders the cash to download this app. Absolute game changer in the field.

11B4 Scouts/Snipers PSG

### 5/5 — Add a section

*2022-10-17, version 1.7*

Very important sections from the srb

DEROS DATE (if you are a leader overseas)

And awards section

And deployment history

### 5/5 — As much as I do not like phones/technology, this app is a must!

*2021-01-19, version 1.6*

Thank you for taking the time to make it.

### 5/5 — Great app but could it do more?

*2021-01-11, version 1.6*

So first let me say this app is great and is a must have for any Service Member. This app has saved me so much time it’s crazy. There are a few things though I would like to see as improvements to make the app better.

1. Separate BASD and BESD dates. Not everyone’s BASD/BESD dates match. We see this amongst Reservist that get activated and deploy.

2. Upload specific documents. Obviously don’t need all of IPERMS at a persons disposal. But being able to upload the SM’s PT card, Weapons card, Military Diver’s License, ICRs, NCOERs (enough to hold 5), ERB/SRB/ARB, all the Required Annual Training certificates (which I think there’s like 15) and then maybe allow for 10 miscellaneous documents that are just general use and not connected to a SMs profile would be great.

3. Add lines to medical for us to put in Last and Next dates for PHA and Dental. Accessing MEDPROS is a pain. Honestly what we all need is to know when a SM last went to an appointment and when are they due next. Also if we can say they are Red because they are either overdue or they are coded MRC/DRC 3/4 would be helpful.

4. A place to add ASVAB scores under Admin data.

5. A list of commonly used regulations and links to access them in APD.

6. An award and decoration tracker that also has a link to the EZ Rack builder website. Like a very minimalist award tracker where you can select the name of the award, the stuff that goes on it, the dates it was earned, and be able to add remarks if necessary like award numbers (PO#). Then once you are done you can click a link to go to EZ Rack builder so SMs can order new ribbon racks and other things for their ASUs or their P&Gs. A link to the Marlow and White website would also be nice so SMs can go there as well to get other items.

7. Be able to add a photo to the Soldiers profile. While a DA photo would be best, some Soldiers are not required to have one. But being able add a profile picture would be nice so it’s easier to remember who is who when you have larger groups.

While I understand these may be a tall order to fill, I think most would pay $10 for an app that did all this plus what it currently does. Regardless though this app is a must have.

### 5/5 — Great app for soldiering!

*2020-10-03, version 1.6*

Great app for monitoring welfare and soldiering of subordinates

### 5/5 — Great idea, however

*2020-04-10, version 1.6*

I would think twice before putting MEDPROS and other medical information on personal phones. Our soldiers PII should be protected not on leader’s phones. The app has very good tools within it. I wouldn’t put everything on here.
