This a great app that outlines the latest approach to fitness for the U.S Rangers, a member of the United States Army Special Operations Forces. They are renowned for ruck marches but it covers all aspects of fitness, including the less traditional pursuit of weight lifting.

I am looking to joint the British army and this is a very detailed and different perspective on training for the forces. Also as I wish to become a PTI it also gives ways in how you can provide this training to a whole battalion. Military must have!!

Going to basic in August then Ranger Assessment (RASP) right after. Have been referring to this app daily to gauge my nutrition and while I workout. This is the closest I get to having 1 on 1 training by a Ranger. Overall, great app.

Only suggestion I would made to the devolets would be to checkout fitness22 apps and if the could combine ranger training with that apps coaching mechanics it would be the perfect fitness app!

We can always can give one more for our brothers who gave it all. This is an outstanding and informative app. I am in shape but not warrior shape right now. I am building back and am finding using this app has been a good motivator even for a self motivated stud like myself.  I cross train in many areas and am using this app to improve and as a reference.  I have no complaints on the app at this time.

This is one of the most comprehensive apps I've ever had. So helpful in all aspects of nutrition and overall fitness. Along with their navy seal app. Great work guys!
