I have reported several times that I cannot unlock any scooter. Promise after promise to look at it. Nothing. I asked for a refund of Prime, since I couldn’t unlock any, again, no response. There are other, better brands doing this. Avoid.

Horrendous experience. Driving with other people, only the Arnab scooter stopped working. Battery was full. No way to call customer service. Cannot end trip because I’m in the red zone now, for other companies not a problem. I have to now drag the the locked scooter half a mile and it doesn’t recognise the gps position. Lost 30 minutes and ended where i started. Customer service is

Very very bad experience. I suggest them to see how the established competitors are operating in the market. They are completely unprofessional and is ready to argue with users for literally no reason. Thanks a lot ARNAB and good bye and not see you again
