## What is Arno by Renaissance?

Agency owners are incredibly busy.  Arno allows them to review the most critical metrics and events in their business on a daily basis and prioritize how to spend their time to drive results. Arno has three main areas of functionality:
 
1. "What happened yesterday?" shows new accounts and lost accounts. Agency owners can explore accounts and policies in each category and look back at activity throughout the last year.
 
2. "What can I do today?" shows revenue opportunities within an agency's book of business.  This section allows agency owners to explore high-premium renewals, mono-line renewals, and opportunities to win-back lost customers.
 
3. Policy and Account Flagging allows agency owners to flag a policy or an account for follow-up.
