ألعاب جميلة ولكن غالية بشكل مبالغ فيه، مع إنه مفروض يكون أقل من المحلات اللي تدفع إيجار وعماله ..إلى آخره. إلا أن أسعارهم خيالية ولا حتى المحلات اللي بالمجمعات الكبيرة تسوي جذي.... 3 لعبات عندهم يحتاج قرض!!! في لعبة ب 1200 دينار كويتي 🤦🏻‍♂️

Worst customer service ever ! Data security is very bad ! The whatsapp guy says we are foreigners that don’t understand in a sarcastic way and did not help me! It makes me very sad that people are unprofessional like that. Is that what you call customer service?
Zero star !

Contacted then by whatsapp asking for a specific item. They keep saying go and fine it in our application. I keep asking them for help because they say it's available but I can't find it. The guy texting was very unhelpfull and was rude and unprofessional. 
Will delete the app and hope they learn their mistakes

Save your money and use other apps like Dino or dabdoob. 
Arnoob took my money and I never received any item!

I wish I’ve read the previous comments to avoid falling in the same mistake.

They don’t even deserve any star. They avoid answering you calls. Customer service is zero out of 10 !
