Garbage *2026-03-30* This is the most garbage app I’ve ever used. The amount of time it takes to try and upload photos is ridiculous. Writing notes on this app is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever had to do. It continuously freezes it doesn’t save things randomly. I know plenty of other guys who won’t even work for companies that use this. I’m contemplating looking for another job just so I don’t have to use this piece of garbage. ### 3/5 — Good app but crashes *2025-09-10* On iPhone app crashes and gets stuck in a loading screen every time you try to open it from the quick switch, have to manually close app and re open, not a huge problem but gets very annoying when you have to go into the app 20 times a day ### 3/5 — Has potential *2025-08-01* A lot of good ideas that just simply miss the mark. Been using Aroflo for the past 12yrs and can honestly say it has not improved on the hand held side of things, if anything it’s gotten worse. Have submitted with IT at Aroflo on things that just don’t work and suggested how to make things flow more smoothly yet to no avail. ### 1/5 — Bad things are going to happen if you get this app *2025-04-11, version 1.0.26* Not good needs to stay away from me ### 1/5 — Absolute Awful 2 factor login issues *2025-03-26* The app has been running seamlessly, until a recent mandatory request for 2 factor login, now on all devices I'm having login issues, why do you test these 'upgrades' before launch so the end user is not the Guinea pig! We understand that transitioning to multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be a bit of an adjustment, and we're sorry to hear you're having issues logging in. To clarify, the recent MFA requirement was introduced to improve the security of accounts with high-level access, specifically those users interacting with the Billing Portal, Site Administration, or Integrations. This measure protects sensitive data and prevents unauthorised access to critical functions. While no changes have been made to the AroFlo app itself, MFA does require each device to be verified individually. You replied to my critiques of the app with a smart Alex comeback of “well other people liked it so”. 1 year on and zero updates with features to bring it up the usability of the field web browser. Why anyone would use the app only to have less features Is beyond me. Don’t download stick with the web browser you’ll have more functionality. I’ll check back in in another year hopefully to say it’s changed. I won’t hold my breath. **Developer response:** Hi Brownjas, Thank you for your feedback. Correct. Seems to be no different between the app and the website? I often don’t have internet on site, why can’t I use this app offline and have it upload the information later?
