They should be UP FRONT about the extreme cost that comes with this app to operate the cameras.

I bought 3 cameras and then discovered I have to pay $35 a month just to use basic viewing features. That is completely ridiculous. I already paid for the cameras — I should at least be able to watch live video without being forced into a subscription.

Even without cloud storage, basic live viewing should be free. This feels like a total scam and false advertising. What is the point of buying the cameras if you still have to keep paying just to use them?

Very disappointed. I want to return all 3 cameras and get a full refund.

The cameras work great and the app is intuitive, but there’s no option to get push notifications from the app as there is no option in my settings. The support AI tells me to enable the setting in my iPhone settings, but there is no option for that.
