I ordered medicine at 4 pm yesterday and still haven't received it today. Also ordered in express delivery. Do you really think that's providing medical health service? Every day you guys are doing this to us. 12-48 hours, next morning 8-12. Who needs medicine at 12 PM? If this continues, it will be stopped like Sheba and Chaldal. After ordering, I was told that the product was actually unavailable. This has happened to me more than twice. I provided screenshots as proof, but the issue still wasn’t resolved properly. On top of that, I’m still waiting for a refund of 162 BDT that is owed to me. Poor inventory management, misleading notifications, and unsatisfactory customer service.
