Password reset option doesn’t work at all never got the email spam or regular inbox ### 3/5 — Love Aroma’s, app not so much *2026-02-10, version 4.10.0* I have enjoyed Aroma for a year now but recently have started using the rewards app. The point system is pretty rough, even worse than Starbucks and Dunkin. You have to spend 100 dollars to get 3 dollars off, not even a free drink? Not to mention if you “mobile order” it’s just doordash and you don’t even get the points for it. I love Aroma they have great coffee but the app lacks a good rewards system and mobile ordering should not be a third party. ### 2/5 — Rewards Issue *2025-12-09, version 4.10.0* app works relatively fine but i have probably dropped $100 on aj’s through this app yet i haven’t received a single point… i have contacted them twice with no response. and no email to contact them. only a form or to call them directly. ### 2/5 — Login issues. *2025-11-15, version 4.10.0* If i dont use this app for a month or more then for some reason it legit signs me out every time and im having to constantly log back in, i have no updates either ### 2/5 — Might as well not have an app *2025-10-29* The point system has totally went down which is super disappointing. I have to buy like 20 rushes in order to get a free one which maybe I am off but that’s what it feels like. They have just recently started having points expire which is horrible towards their customers who are coming in and paying with their own money for points. It’s absolutely stupid that when you pay with a gift card and have a remainder due, you can’t use the app, so you don’t get points. I’ll give it 5 stars when we are able to do that. ### 1/5 — Update breaks core functionality. *2024-04-10, version 3.41.4* With the update in early 2024, this app no longer allows saving the QR code for scan-only situations. Previously I had the QR code added to Apple Wallet so it would show up on my Lock Screen and watch automatically when in the vicinity of my local home store. Now that the code cycles every 10 minutes, that is no longer possible. This app is useless to me until this glaring oversight is corrected. However I am not able to save the credit card I used in the old app as my default payment method in the new app. I managed to save a card I know I didn't use in the old version of the app, but the card I want to use is unable to be added. Hope this can be fixed soon! ☕️ ### 4/5 — Rewards system *2024-03-19, version 3.41.1* I’m surprised not more people are talking about how tough the rewards system is. You have to spend $100 for $3 reward…. That’s not even 1 drink or sandwich. I love Ajs and have supported them for years. I feel like we at LEAST deserve to get breakfast sandwich or a rush ($6-$8 dollar Reward) after spending $100! When I want a coffee or specialty drink I find myself going to Dunkin' or McDonald’s more often now to treat myself, NOT because I like it better but because I can get rewards and coupons that make the splurge a bit easier on the wallet. ### 1/5 — Can’t access app *2024-03-17, version 3.4.3* So the app underwent an upgrade and now neither me nor my husband can access the app. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times.
