Have had my diffuser and the app less then a week.  First day could access my diffuser but could only turn it on and off with the app, schedule didn’t work.  Now the app can’t even find my diffuser.  Please fix the many issues with this app

The device is full charged but doesn’t turn on. The app offers no way to contact anyone for support. The device can’t find Bluetooth or WiFi. I don’t recommend this

The app only has a one bar connection even when on top of the machine. ( Bluetooth)   Does not save the settings.  Always reverts to the factory settings.  Instructions are poor and hard to follow.  Needs fixing real bad.

Follow all the instructions and the app doesn’t connect to the diffuser. It ask for the Bluetooth password, when you enter the password it said wrong password. It doesn’t allow to create an account and doesn’t connect through wifi.
