I have to keep deleting and downloading the app for it to work. When attempting to launch the application, I get directed back to the home screen. Using the onboard tools it works fine. It is annoying. When I click on app support, it takes me to a web page that I believe is Chinese. :/ Please update this App! Now that iOS 13.1.3 is out this app still crashes.
