I also really liked that you could download an app & control it with your phone/tablet, & the fact that it had a Bluetooth speaker was even better. Sadly though the app is completely useless! I would say that about 99% of the time it won’t connect rendering it pretty much, as I said previously, useless! If they could actually fix the app it would be absolutely perfect. Once a diffuser model is connected, it is listed on the main screen and can not be removed. Only one diffuser can be connected to at a time and there is no option to add or remove a specific diffuser. If you own 2 devices that use this app you will find yourself reinstalling the app when you want to use the other diffuser. Sometimes the app can not connect to the diffuser. To fix this, the diffuser must be unplugged and plugged back in. I think the app itself would be able to solve this issue if you had the option to remove the diffuser from the main screen and reconnect.
