It fills the room with a beautifully balanced fragrance that feels both calming and luxurious. Every time it turns on, the space instantly becomes more inviting. However, I started a subscription, which is not the problem. The problem is when I went in to the subscription area. Change my fragrance I click on the subscription tab and get kicked out of the app. I have been trying for two weeks and have been unable to access the subscription area. ### 2/5 — Product is awesome but not able to connect with app *2026-08-06, version 2.4.9* I love this product and their scents, however for some reason my diffuser can’t connect to the app- it just doesn’t show up. I believe because my classroom doesn’t have internet? The one thing I wish they would correct is the subscription/ order cancelation. I prefer to order oils as needed instead of on a subscription so I deleted my subscription and payment methods but it processed an order for two bottles this month. You can cancel the order, so no biggie, but the submit button to cancel is hidden and very difficult to try to slide up and press at the same time. I received my diffuser exactly on the promised delivery date, which already showed the company’s reliability and professionalism. Setting it up was incredibly easy, thanks to the clear step-by-step instructions. I downloaded the app, completed the setup in just a few minutes, and everything worked perfectly. What impressed me the most was the quality of the fragrances, especially the Dubai scent. It is absolutely amazing! The fragrance is elegant, sophisticated, smooth, and incredibly pleasant. Ever since I turned it on, everyone who has visited my home has asked what scent I’m using because it smells so good. I also want to recognize the outstanding customer service. On top of mounting connectivity issues that have persisted with my old and new devices since switching to this mandatory app, Aroma Plan has eliminated a tremendous amount of freedom you have had in the past over operating intervals. Originally, you could set run time and rest time independently of each other. Now they only offer predetermined intervals with preset run and rest times. If none of the presets work for you, you are SOL. Also, I noticed several bugs with the “My Aroma Plan” section. It is inaccessible to me despite being signed in (I even tried deleting the app, reinstalling, and signing in to find the same problem) that it shows there are “no menu options available”, whatever that means. There is not even an option to sign-out of this app without deleting it for me because of these bugs. Please consider going back to the old app. This one is atrocious. ### 1/5 — Timed schedules do not work *2026-08-22, version 2.4.10* We recently set up our AromaPlan thru our hvac system. Using the app I set up a daily schedule that is to go off three times a day (right before we wake, lunchtime, dinner time). I’ve had this set for a several days now and it is not working at all. I have to keep going to the basement to get it to kick on. You cannot modify your schedule beyond the ridiculous choices they pre program for you. Even trying to use their set up is a waste of time as you are limited to 5 schedules. So much for actual control. Sad. I loved the diffusers that I have, not I need to replace them with something that can actually be managed. The device is easy to install and the app is great, allowing you to program the entire week with the intensity and duration of fragrance release in the environment. I was really happy with my purchase! The product arrived very well packaged. Dubai is already my favorite fragrance. I did notice one small issue: the 24 Knight fragrance sample I received was different from the one described on the box. Instead, I received 24K Magic. The fragrance is strong, long-lasting scent, so I can use it at a lower frequency and still keep my entire home smelling amazing. This is a big plus because it makes the fragrance last much longer. The device is also very easy to use, and I love that it’s dual voltage, which makes it convenient to use in different countries. The app is super intuitive as well.
