I’ll come home and my house is over-powered by scent because my schedule is gone and it’s been running all day. This app definitely stinks. :) ### 1/5 — Use to work, now it doesn’t, kicks me out *2024-11-05, version 1.0.5* I’ve been using the app to setup schedules on my Aromaplan diffuser for about 6 weeks, it was working fine, a little confusing to save schedules for all the days of the week, but I could live with that. Now on November 5th, it kicks me out of the app when I select my diffuser in the menu. I’ve deleted the app, started over with the original 1234 password, then it kicks me out. Tried it on 2 phones and my IPad for which it always worked, So as of today, my diffuser is useless, cannot set schedules or activate anything. I also reset the diffuser by pressing the reset button, did not help, now I get the default name when selecting it, but when I select it,,,,it kicks me out of the app. Something happened on November 5th 2024 because the day before I was using it without any problems…. ### 1/5 — Useless other than to turn on *2024-07-11, version 1.0.4* What good is an app scheduler that won’t save schedules….? You can edit days and times hit save and it doesn’t save. It has one job…to set a schedule for the machine. And it fails miserably at this. The manner in which you set the schedule is so convoluted and poorly thought out, that it is a pain to use. Also, the scheduler forgets settings easily due to the error prone design. They should fire whoever was in charge of this…cause this is absolutely shameful. ### 1/5 — Scheduling is difficult *2024-05-05, version 1.0.4* I am pretty tech savvy and still can’t figure out how to get the scheduling right. I don’t use my diffuser nearly as much as I would if I could get that figured out. ### 1/5 — Good Machine, TERRIBLE App *2024-05-04, version 1.0.4* How in the world do you make this app work? The machine releases the scent well but I have spent hours trying to set up the times I want the machine to work and turn off. The app is absolutely awful. Nothing saves, it doesn’t make sense, and it’s not at all user-friendly. The machine that goes with it is expensive so it’s quite disappointing that the app doesn’t work. Under no circumstances will I ever sign up for an account to use an app to set a timer on a diffuser. Why on earth would I? The latest version of this app requires that, and the old version keeps saying it’s going to be discontinued. Aroma Plan read my lips: if you disable the other app or require that I log into an account to use the devices I already bought and paid for, I’ll delete the app and the diffusers will go in the trash. But once you figure out how it works it is MUCH better than the new app. You can actually lengthen the pause time longer than the new app. The set scheduling in the new app is too short and is way too strong for my house. Please keep this app around for us users who need the longer pause times. Or better yet, fix the new app. :-) ### 5/5 — Great! *2025-04-16, version 1.1.1* Great app! The scheduling does not remember settings and I think it just needs some final polishing. My guess is the company had a 3rd party develop the app and they have stage 1,2,3 of it and they just quit after 1&2 and didn’t pay them to finish it. The app scheduler is frustrating to you. You should be able to copy / paste a time and you have to hit save every time you can’t bulk edit things or it just flat out won’t remember ### 3/5 — Works ok but needs updating *2024-04-15, version 1.0.4* The schedule can be a bit confusing to set, as other reviews have mentioned. Also, the timer on the app pauses and doesn't keep moving forward if you leave the app and come back, it will display the time when you first left and start counting down again. ### 3/5 — Timing and days are not working! *2023-10-14* App doesn’t save the dates and time. It’s frustrating having to set it up everyday.
