I’m trying to create an account and it does not recognize my bar code, or when I manually input the numbers. I have been trying to claim my points and get the app running; however, the app does not recognize me as a customer.

Am rating this 1 star because i used to use this app everyday and since I changed phones it won’t allow me to login. I asked the staff at the gym to update my email on file and when they do It says there is no account associated with this email. The app has a email saved that is not my email and will not allow me to reset pass. Staff extremely unsupportive.

I downloaded the app because I was told checking in and purchasing products with my phone would earn me points And receive  rewards. I go to the gym consistently 5 to 6 days a week in my reward points have never change from zero. I asked the staff what the problem was and they said they have multiple people saying the same thing.
