App itself is amazing for being able to transfer money and exchanging it. Now don’t run into any issues because you won’t be able to actually talk to anyone useful. It’s all AI agents who take forever to answer and haven’t been trained properly to be able to handle customer service or this responsibility whatsoever. 

Ridiculous.

Was chatting with a support agent, they asked me to take a screenshot of the page that has been stuck for me- and there is no way to return to the support chat!!

La app es pésima no la usen. Retienen tu dinero y no tienes cómo ni con quien comunicarte para que te solucionen. Simplemente no puedes hacer uso de tu dinero y te rechazan todas las transacciones. CERO RECOMENDADA

After waiting six days for the funds to appear in my account, they failed to complete the transfer, and the fee charged for the unperformed service was not refunded. I returned the original currency to my bank. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone—mediocre service.

Tuve la desgracia de que me robaran 500 dólares con la tarjeta local en pesos: hay algunas cuestiones de seguridad con los pagos altos que A.R.Q. no está manejando, además hacen caso omiso a datos reales que ellos mismos ven y usan información poco certera como el nombre de fantasía de una empresa para guiarse como si fuera real. Esos son hechos y después mi opinión es que te hacen perder el tiempo para parecer que están tomando cartas en el asunto pero no están haciendo nada concreto. Hay que esperar 30 días para denunciar y me vuelvan a pedir la misma información que ya me pidieron y lo hacen el doble de mala experiencia y desgastante. Absurdo realmente

Excellent app! Interface is great, works in dark mode! The issues card works as a credit card, support is one of the best. By far the app and the financial services they provide are top notch. Highly recommended.
