When you call their supposedly customer service number they transfer you from one representative to another that doesn’t know how their product works. ### 2/5 — Not worth downloading. *2024-04-06* Bad customer service, product doesn’t work as its advertised it should. I purchased a new car and it came equipped with the ARQ garage door opener, yet when I followed their instructions to sync it to the gate it wouldn’t work. After trying to pair it multiple times I ended up calling their customer service number just to be told that they can’t help me that I had to call back another day. ### 4/5 — Great concept *2018-11-15* I downloaded this app hoping it was a true universal remote, but I didn’t read the description well enough because this app has to connect to software inside your car.
