I’m in the end game and just woke up Jemma but the dialogue won’t advance no matter where I touch. Closed the app and reloaded into the same scene and again cannot advance. Looks to be a game breaking bug. Bummer not to be able to finish this creative puzzler.

Süßes und gegen Ende wirklich sehr schwieriges Spiel. Gut, dass man die Rätsel über die Einstellungen überspringen kann. Sonst hätte ich für die letzten 15 Minuten mehrere Stunden benötigt.
Fürs erste Kapitel eine Stunde, fürs zweite über zwei Stunden benötigt.
Am Ende waren es insgesamt sieben Stunden und mehr als 21.000 Schritte.
Hätte man nativ programmiert, wäre das Spiel nicht so ressourcenlastig gewesen.

Hi, I have read about the glitch where you get stuck in merritton and that it has been fixed. 

Well, I am stuck on that part now and it doesn’t appear to be fixed. Is that because I’m using the Netflix version?

I enjoyed my time with this game. The story is cute with some zany characters and funny writing, but the gameplay is where it really shines. They really leaned into the basic gameplay loop and did all they 
could with it.

The puzzles are challenging, even if they are a little repetitive sometimes, and the characters are fun and humorous. 

Try the game out for 30 minutes because it’s either for you or it isn’t. If it is though, you’ll get a fun few hours of puzzling out of it.

Edit- Changed the rating to 5 after spending time with some other similar puzzlers. This has been top notch looking back cause the gameplay is amazing and I had a lot of fun.

剛開始被Netflix推薦時以為只是一般的推箱子，結果一玩不得了，好玩到不行，玩到停不下來，2天就全破二刷解成就了！益智迷應該都會喜歡，劇情的部分算小品，也謝謝翻譯的大大們，翻得非常好！
後面有個「蛤？」的地方會卡住，從設定裡面把語言改成英文後再進去就可以正常運作了，之後再改回來中文即可～

One of the best games I have ever played! The storyline, the puzzles, the characters,  the graphics, etc. everything about the game is just amazing. Congratulations to the developers. I would gladly play Arrangers 2 or another creative puzzle-adventure game like this from them. Thank you!

I absolutely love this game and I want so bad for them to make more things like this. It was so fun. It took about a week for me to finish and complete 100%. My favorite part was that there was no timed things that I had to get done at a certain time. And I could always go back in the game to finish things. This game was literally perfect and had such a cute little story with such cute characters and such a wonderful art style. And it’s so good. I wish I could literally tell all my friends about it(I already told 5 of them).

모험퍼즐이지만 목숨도, 시간제한도 없는 느긋한 게임이어서 좋아요. 느긋하지만 벽사이 쾌속질주하는 쾌감이 잊지못할것 같네요. 
참고로 엔딩부 허 에서 멈추는 버그는 영어로 한번만 바꾸고, 다시 돌아와도 무방합니다.

Extremely rewarding gameplay and puzzles, superb character, story and writing and generally I found this to be one of the most rewarding games I’ve played in ages. The only gripe is the fact I only realised about the achievements late in the game and some were missable and not achievable once I’d missed them. I’ll have to play it again to get them which is absolutely no bad thing.

Massive kudos to the developers and to Netflix for getting it onto the phone. I might just get this for my pc if it’s available.

About halfway through the game I saved my game, reloaded, and my save file was corrupted, making the game unplayable. I couldn’t see my character or move or do anything, and the camera was stuck in the corner of the screen. I reached out to Netflix support and they said they would surface it to the technical team, but couldn’t give me any timeline or any more information. There are many reports of this issue here and on Reddit. Do not play this game until they have released an update that has addressed this issue. Netflix needs to take problems like this seriously if they want their foray into gaming to be successful.

The game is really nice, but the checkpoints/autosave system is unbelieveable. You lose A LOT of progress, if you quit at the wrong time (and you dont know what that is). It made so mad after the third time that I had to delete.

Stuck and unplayable, had started the satellite quest, but now in a different area, characters aren’t even on the screen, and I can’t take any actions. Can reach settings screens etc, can start a new game as normal but would lose all progress.

Game seems interesting but my save has completely broken so the game is unplayable. When I reload my save to continue the camera pans rapidly far away from my character to a different spot on the map and I cannot do anything. The only option appears to be to start over. It was pretty fun until then though so if you are interested in trying it either wait for a patch or plan to play through in 1 sitting to avoid your save breaking.

整體遊戲無論是音樂或美術都很棒，也很鼓勵玩家探索！不過和其他使用者發生一樣的狀況。在遊戲尾聲時，對話停在捷瑪說的「蛤」之後，就無法繼續遊玩了。

給其他也卡住的玩家：先把語言換成英文後過一段劇情，再改回來遊戲就正常了

Für jeden der Rätsel und Erkunds Spiele lieb ist das ihr ein Topp Game aber es kann manchmal echt schwer sein. 

Für mich war es ein Mega Spiel !!!

I love puzzle games with storylines. but also don’t have a lot of time to devote 1-3 hours each day on a game just to get past 1 puzzle. This game is a perfect mix of beautiful animation, different worlds, characters & storyline, music & sounds, and especially clever puzzles that get increasingly harder as you advance (but not so hard that you have to look up a strategy guide). It’s one of the best games I’ve ever played, and especially well designed for the phone and for people who just want something to fun and engaging to play for a little bit each day.
