## What is arriba Edu?

Die arribaEdu-App wurde für den Einsatz in der Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Allgemeinmedizin entwickelt. 
»arriba« verfolgt das Ziel der gemeinsamen Entscheidungsfindung (engl.: Shared Decision Making, SDM). So unterstützt »arriba« Ärzt*innen dabei, Fragestellungen mit ihren Patienten individuell abzuwägen. Die möglichen Optionen werden auf Basis wissenschaftlicher, empirisch nachgewiesener Daten (evidenzbasierte Medizin) auf patientenzentrierte Weise visualisiert.
Die App ist ein Simulator damit Interessierte insbesondere Studierende und ÄiW die Prinzipien des SDM auf ihren eigenen mobilen Endgeräten üben können.
Die App eignet sich hervorragend zum Selbststudium, zum Einsatz in Seminaren, mit Simulationspatienten und auch in Prüfungssituationen.
Die App verfügt über die wesentlichen arriba-Funktionen und wurde um zusätzliche edukative Inhalte angereichert (z.B. individuelle Fallvignetten, Info-Texte). Für die direkte Patientenberatung ist die App nicht vorgesehen.
