Says Wi-Fi connection is lost. It is not lost. There is no help from Arris. Really worthless!!

This app wasted several minutes of my life that I’ll never get back! Absolutely will not connect to my Arris DG2470 gateway. Yes, it is on the list of approved devices, and yes, I am using the correct sign in credentials. It keeps saying that it can’t connect to the device, but I nevertheless am on the internet.

The app is not worth even a moment of your time.

After two chats and a phone call, no help. Just to find out that there is no app to support my modem, that was not cheap. Apps only cover certain models. Horrible! Upgrade your way to monitor my home WiFi. Upgrade. Improve.

When I typed in the correct info, app claimed it couldn’t connect cause wifi was lost.  Thing is, wifi isn’t lost.  I had to go online through my laptop to set up my internet modem and even though wifi is working perfectly for every other device I have including my phone, the app claims “wifi lost”. Disappointing & a total waste of my time to even bother downloading the app.
