pessima. a parte il fatto che basterebbero dei pos sui bus (è illegale non accettare una forma di pagamento) o basterebbe fornire il resto al personale, l'app, unica alternativa per chi vuole pagare il biglietto, richiede registrazione, e questa è implementata male, ma malissimo. richiede necessariamente nome, cognome, mail, numero di telefono, data di nascita e una password neppure compatibile con il generatore di apple (consiglio il copia incolla, perché l'iphone non la salverà). ma non è finita: dovrete attivare l'account dalla mail, fare login, inserire il codice mandato sul telefono, FARE DI NUOVO LOGIN, dio bono, e poi cercare il biglietto in un'app che dire farraginosa è riduttivo.
e tutto questo mentre il bus aspetta, perché i trasporti, vorrei ricordare agli sviluppatori, sono TIME SENSITIVE.
ho dato due stelle solo perché l'autista è stato gentile, ma l'app ne merita ZERO.

Tried to buy a ticket but the app forces you to log in first. When I tapped “Sign up,” nothing happened — the button just doesn’t work. Totally stuck and can’t use the app at all.

Per adesso ho verificato solo la registrazione. Nessun supporto alla registrazione con i social o con apple/google. Ad ogni login va riscritto tutto, nessun supporto alla compilazione automatica. Dopo aver verificato la mail si associa il telefono, inserendo il pin di conferma ad ogni numero inserito la tastiera torna sulle lettere. Poi bisogna rifare il login per qualche strana ragione. L’app non è stata pensata per essere comoda/semplice ma probabilmente per essere abbozzata il più velocemente possibile e dimenticata una volta preso l’appalto. Molto, molto migliorabile. Vedró il resto.

Esperienza pessima con l'app e il servizio clienti inesistente.  
Ho acquistato un abbonamento annuale, ma non compare tra i miei acquisti e risulta addirittura scaduto. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza via email e telefonicamente, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nessuna soluzione, nessun supporto. È inaccettabile pagare per un servizio che non funziona e non avere alcun modo per risolvere il problema. Delusa e frustrata.

I am stunned. This app is so subterraneanly bad that words fail me. I already failed at the registration (current iPhone). By the way: I am quite practiced. Obviously, there is not the slightest approach to functional testing, let alone systematic quality assurance by the provider. Or is this the subversive strategy of being independent of the USA and all other European states? - Well done, congratulations! Minus 5 points.

Per previous user, you go to the entire trouble of creating an account (why?), verifying your email address, then have to login with 2-factor authentication (again, why) only to discover the 2FA is not working and codes aren’t being delivered to your number. Poorly designed and built.

This site is woefully poor and clunky. As others have said, US #’s and email will not register so unable to complete a log in & create an account to purchase tix In Venice. 
A hassle not worth your time. Buy the tix you need at any to tobacco shop and forget about this app.

Also schlechter und komplizierter kann man eine Anmeldung wirklich nicht machen. Seit Jahren kann man überall mit Apple oder Google sein signin machen und hier geht gar nichts. Nutzlos.

Ich wollte 3 Tickets kaufen. Das hat nicht geklappt. Ich weiß nicht wieso. Ich habe es wohl zwanzigmal versucht. Dann habe ich die App neu installiert und das Telefon neu gestartet. Dann konnte ich Tickets kaufen. Aber auch nur kaufen (und bezahlen). Die Tickets wurden aber nicht in der App angezeigt. Ich konnte die Tickets also nicht benutzen.

Da quel momento se scrivo le credenziali mi dice che la mail non è registrata. Se passo da PASSWORD dimenticata NON mi manda nessuna mail. Se provo a registrarmi nuovamente mi dice che dono già registrata. COMPLIMENTI un’App davvero utile dolo a fare uscire di testa le persone

Credo che essendo un’app necessaria per il trasporto sia il caso di mandare via mail un biglietto di riserva che, in caso di malfunzionamento, oltre ad attestare l’acquisto come fa già, ne confermi anche la validità, perché nel momento in cui ho cercato di attivare il biglietto e non funzionava, ho dovuto pagarlo sul bus con tanto di tariffa extra 😅

You plan in advance, buy your tickets for the next day, and during that day, your purchase disappears from the app (series of error messages etc etc). So you end up buying a second set of tickets in the bus. Great!…. :/

First, phone numbers do not support +1 so if you have an American number forget about it. Second, why would you need a phone number? You already verified my email address just use that. Lastly, I keep my phone plan off to avoid roaming charges. I can’t verify a phone number via text. Just send me an email like you already do and call it a day.

It is currently impossible to create an account and purchase a ticket using a Romanian phone number. In the alphabetical country dropdown list, under R you only have Russia. How was this never noticed???

I downloaded the app in Bergamo but couldn’t sign in. There was no option to select a Czech or Bulgarian country code for the phone number, so I wasn’t able to verify my account. I assume this is a mistake, especially since the app requires you to choose a country and there are more than 200 listed. There was also no helpline or support option available.

Die App erlaubt einfaches Auffinden des korrekten Tarifes und einfaches Kaufen der Tickets. Mittels QR Code wird die Karte im Bus aktiviert, auch mehrere Tickets gleichzeitig.

App heruntergeladen, bereits einmal geschaut, ob es dann auch vor Ort funktioniert, macht bis jetzt einen guten Eindruck. Zahlungsmethode ist hinterlegt, ich denke dass man Tickets einfach bezahlen kann.

I have to say that they are working on it and it is getting better. I had an issue with the app and the customer service was quick and help me to fix it. I can carry on to buy tickets and take busses so I can’t complainant. Thanks arriva and thanks Nadia from the customer service!

The app works absolutely perfect, especially in today’s environment. Paperless, contactless and simple to use. 
If you’re mobile number being used in registration isn’t working then you need to remove the zero (0) from the start of your mobile number and the text will come through. It’s like making a call - international number no zero and then the number. 
Good app.

Cette appli fonctionne bien, on peut acheter nos tickets en avance, les horaires sont disponibles, une carte des arrêts également.

L’app est très utile car certains bus ne prennent pas la carte ! Acheter des billets en avance vous permet d’éviter d’être refuser sur place si vous n’avez pas assez de liquide.

Contrairement aux autres utilisateurs j’ai eu des chauffeurs agréables
