The fact i felt passionate enough to come to make a review is wild. Has worked about 10 percent of the time since it was launched. On a quiet day you can see buses, most of the time no notice of cancelled services or delays. Most days cant buy tickets, pricing is wrong, types of tickets unclear, a kid in GCSE IT could make an app with a system better i believe. ### 1/5 — Atrocious app *2025-11-28, version 2.6.3* This app stopped working a month or two ago.. I reloaded it on my iPad & my Samsung phone. It refused to work once downloaded every touch I’m made on either device crashed the app.. I’m not really shocked as the actual bus company is shockingly bad, constant cancellations that are often not mentioned on the app. & buses that just don’t turn up. Using this app goes like this: “So it said the bus would be here. Let’s scan the QR code at the stop and see how much it’s actually delayed by.” This is inexcusable in 2026, and Arriva gets away with it because they’re the only bus company in many towns. The company ought to be dissolved and brought into public domain. ### 1/5 — Sort it out *2026-02-12, version 2.6.5* Bus times are inaccurate and if a bus is cancelled it just disappears, leaving you waiting with no clue when the next bus is. Errors show when trying to buy tickets and m-tickets take forever to load and need to be preloaded before you get on the bus to save time. ### 1/5 — Useless on IOS *2026-02-11, version 2.6.5* I might be missing something here but I cannot get any part of this app to work. I typed in the service I was interested in (which runs from Luton to Watford) and the map zoomed in on Libya. ### 1/5 — A server with the specific hostname could not be found *2026-02-09, version 2.6.5* This is honestly one of the worst travel apps I’ve endured. It’s useless, since it’s unable to find their own servers! So you cannot do anything at all with it. I stopped using it months ago because of this same issue and when I redownloaded it assuming some bugfix, I found exactly the same issue. It’s just incredible how low quality control the devs of this app have… ### 1/5 — Very poor setup experience *2026-02-04, version 2.6.5* I use a password manager to create strong passwords for apps. I use this app in a daily basis to track my X6 bus and buy tickets. It’s really good. Secure, fast easy payment with multiple options including Apple Pay. And you can easily track where your bus is and the app also shows bus delays. The problem is the font size is tiny and you can’t adjust it. Bring visually impaired myself, it makes it way harder to navigate the app than it needs to be. P.s.
