I went to sign in, couldn’t remember my password. The app wanted my mobile number but gave me the USA prefix as a starting point. FAIL. Set up my payment card and when it came to booking my ride it told me to validate my purchase on my online banking app, which I did. After three individual attempts of booking a ride and approving the transaction it still wouldn’t validate my card so I gave up.
