Rather get an Uber least they don’t muck around with zones. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in or put card details *2021-02-26, version 3.8* I don’t know about others, but this app is impossible to use. At first it didn’t accept my debit card, then it didn’t accept my password, and when I tried to request a new one, doesn’t accept my telephone number. I still see clicks all over the city with passengers in but I have no idea how they have booked that journey? ### 2/5 — Only good in theory *2020-09-04, version 3.8* Sometimes you’ll have a banging trip. But others your bus sits in one place for 10/15 before even starting to make their way to you. The eta times are never correct. If you pick the later time when booking half the time you get a text saying your trip has been moved down to the earlier time. Not worth it unless you’ve got time to spare and are already ready. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2019-12-15, version 3.8* I used to recommend Arriva click to all of my friends although since they’ve changed the rules surrounding journey credit it is cheaper and easier to get a taxi which is also more convenient since you aren’t waiting up to 30 minutes. It was not made apparent that the rules had changed so I wasted money going to town , they should tell users before booking their journey instead of finding out afterwards only £2.50 can be used at a time. ### 4/5 — I LOVE click but the app is buggy *2019-11-27, version 3.8* The click service works great in Liverpool - at busy times it can be difficult to book one. It searches and searches for ages and before you can book the bus has gone. That being said it’s still new and these issues will iron themselves out. I wouldn’t use it if I was in a hurry! The app itself is buggy - I get messages and click on “Learn more” but nothing happens. My friend and I have used the same promo codes but for some reason he gets much higher fare estimates than me. Also once you book it would be good to know which discounts, if any, have been applied. Finally once you have a booking in place info about the booking is limited. You can see that it is there but it doesn’t say the destination. Overall this is a good app and a good service but it needs some improvement ### 1/5 — Inaccurate, Consistently Underperforms *2019-11-11, version 3.8* When Arriva Click works, it works great and on time. But drivers shouldn’t take clients if they know there’s going to be a massive redirect, then charge £4 when it’s out of your way and can’t get there in time. Shoddy business practice. ### 3/5 — Faulty App *2019-10-25, version 3.8* your app notifies me and then when you click learn more nothing happens. your app support goes to an faq page with one item. the small print ### 1/5 — Not happy *2019-10-21, version 3.8* Got a text saying my driver will arrive shortly so i decided to wait out in the rain to make sure i do not miss him as i had work very soon and needed this lift. I then received a text saying the driver has left as he could not wait so long and yet he never even arrived at the location i set, it gave me the drivers number however called it 3 times and he never picked up. My roads a large straight road i can see down and up it and never saw the driver and now was late to work, so unreliable. ### 1/5 — Rubbish service *2019-09-03, version 3.8* SITTINGBOURNE service is the worse service ever. They’ve changed the times that passengers don’t need much. Management is also useless as they never get back to customers if they need for any help or their phones not working. Please don’t Use this service as they not manage this properly. ### 2/5 — Expensive and inconvenient *2019-08-08, version 3.8* It’s more expensive than a taxi and drops you off nowhere near where you want to go . Stick to Uber ### 1/5 — Absolute shambles! *2019-06-30, version 3.8* Impossible to get a ride and customer services take weeks to come back to you. They charge your linked card at random and then do not rectify the situation for an unacceptable amount of time. I have a weekly pass and find it incredibly frustrating. I have chosen on multiple occasions to give it another chance as customer services keep promising they are putting on new drivers or improving technology but nothing ever changes. Definitely would not recommend. ### 1/5 — Waste of time. *2019-06-02, version 2.0.2* My friends use this app. So I downloaded it. I had to give all my details. Name. Address. Plus add a credit or debit card before I even got to the main app screen. So I do all that and only then am I told I’m out of the zone it runs in. It asks for location access the second you open it. So why let someone go through the process of signing up only to be told sorry we don’t run there. It says Liverpool city is out of the service area. Pretty useless and it take £1 off you. Randomly changed everything and didn’t even tell people. Is the time the pick up time or the time you’ll arrive I'm so confused… ### 1/5 — Is this for the UK ? *2023-10-04, version 4.11.12* All we want is an app that tells us when your buses are coming; how much the ride will cost; be able to purchase tickets prior to travel; possible vehicle tracking abilities; delays and cancellations. I went to sign in, couldn’t remember my password. The app wanted my mobile number but gave me the USA prefix as a starting point. FAIL. I’ve got rid of the app, not worth wasting my phone memory on. ### 1/5 — Literal waste of time. *2022-06-10, version 4.2* Downloaded this app to catch a journey into Leicester. Set up my payment card and when it came to booking my ride it told me to validate my purchase on my online banking app, which I did. After three individual attempts of booking a ride and approving the transaction it still wouldn’t validate my card so I gave up. What a waste of time. ### 1/5 — go die. *2022-01-07* the bus was 132 with an old white man wearing glasses - he was 20 minutes late. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2021-06-19, version 3.30* Could be a great service however you can never order one! Managed to order 1 in 15 attempts at different times and days.
