### 3/5 — Great concept

*2026-07-20, version 1.27.0*

Love the product. But customer service is hard to get ahold of. And being a customer for a couple months now, still have not received my physical card

### 2/5 — Needs Improvement

*2026-05-14, version 1.17.0*

I’m finding it difficult to want to keep my account. The app constantly crashes, making debit card payments still takes days to process and make funds available, promises of increase and when you complete the task, they do not honor the agreements. I seriously feel like I’m going to have to take actions against the company’s deceptive practices because they are doing nothing to fix these issues.

### 1/5 — Annoying

*2026-04-01, version 1.13.5*

I just got the card 2 days ago and only used it once. My card is now locked for no reason, leaving me stranded and I can’t get in touch with anyone. If I can’t use the card to purchase things then why have the card?

### 2/5 — No luck

*2026-03-30, version 1.12.0*

They can’t ever verify your identity

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-03-22, version 1.11.0*

App constantly crashes. App can also never verify my identity when linking my bank account. Complete waste of time.

### 1/5 — Cannot get the password to work

*2026-03-10, version 1.5.0*

Have tried for two months to get the password reset and it keeps saying something is wrong or doesn’t work. Also wants me
To verify email even though I’ve done that numerous times.

### 1/5 — Scam to get you to spend money

*2026-03-09, version 1.5.0*

Sign up for it had it linked to my account. My account constantly gets deposits and spendings, but it’s saying that I don’t and he’s trying to make me sign up for a monthly subscription of $12 a month.
Had a couple of my other friends try and did the same thing to them as well.
So getting the credit card is a scanner. It’s basically just trying to get you to pay up for a monthly subscription.

### 1/5 — Wants ur banking info

*2026-02-18, version 1.0.2*

U will not even be considered unless u give them ur checking &/or savings account info. No thank u.

### 1/5 — Just browsing reviews

*2026-02-01, version 0.89*

Yea.. read the reviews

### 1/5 — Total scam

*2026-01-17, version 0.89*

Went to apply for the card and it said error processing please try again and it keeps saying that try to contact support and they said my application wasn’t approved

### 1/5 — I wouldn’t know

*2026-01-08, version 0.86.4*

Reviews seemed fairly positive so I thought I would give it a try as I don’t currently qualify for regular credit cards. It mentions something about a $50 minimum bank balance to apply, but nothing about how much money you have to make. My direct deposit from my job was posted today, so I went ahead with the application process. After all that, I connected my bank account and then was presented with a page that said “Arro may not be a good fit for you right now. You need to connect a bank account that meets our minimum income requirements. WHICH ISN’T EVEN LISTED. The only thing the site mentions is at least $50 and I have well over that. So either that’s the minimum requirement or it isn’t, how can you have it both ways?

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2026-01-06, version 0.86.4*

A hassle. I kept getting an error message logging in so i had to sign up for an entire new account and it kept saying my ID was invalid. Uninstalled

### 1/5 — SCAM!!!

*2026-01-05, version 0.86.4*

I installed this application and I thought I absolutely loved it. I work for week to earn points to get a $50 Walmart gift card. However, I had a medical emergency and need to buy cat food. I was allowed to purchase 2-$20 gift cards but when I went to redeem the cards I was told there was a problem that needed to be reviewed. After almost a week I was given one of the cards and told the second one was in eligible. So my next question was when would my point be returned and I was told since the gift card was eligible so were the points that I have worked very hard for. As I said they find a way to keep what you work hard for. I really needed that and was counting on it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Loops at login

*2026-07-21, version 1.27.0*

App loops at login even with updated version 1.27.0, can’t use.

### 1/5 — Credit limit increases not happening

*2026-07-14, version 1.26.0*

About to hit my year, limit is a paltry $105. When I asked support - as others have mentioned - they claim they are doing upgrades, just to keep using the card and doing the courses. Well, I’m at the Platinum tier, and literally have to use this card and pay it off twice a month. Not the card I thought I was getting with my $6200 gross monthly income. I would suggest trying OpenSky or another card that can actually grow with you. Because this card is now DOA and they are simply pushing a credit building product instead…

### 1/5 — They racist

*2026-06-04, version 1.20.0*

Don’t do any business with arro they are racist and very discriminatory

### 1/5 — Won’t Close Account

*2026-06-04, version 1.20.0*

I’ve been trying to close my account since February. They told me the account would be closed once my balance was paid. I paid the balance and the account was not closed. They just sent me a bill for new membership charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

### 1/5 — It Was Fine Until It Wasn’t

*2026-06-04, version 1.20.0*

I got my Arro card a year ago, and I enjoyed the perks of getting gradual increases while learning about credit. I followed all the steps and was making regular progress. Then I started noticing that it was taking longer And longer for them to process my payment. The perks started going away and it was like it was a totally different card than what I had signed up for. It started denying charges when I had plenty of credit available. Then at my year mark, I was hit with an annual fee of $36 which was problematic because they had taken away all of the benefits of this card. They do not have real customer service agent that you can speak to on the phone. And when you do, email them for Support, You get an AI generated response. Do not fall victim to this card like I did. It’s not worth it. I’m stuck with a card that they’re refusing to close because I can’t actually talk to a human being.

### 1/5 — Poor Customer Service & Refusal to Close Credit Card

*2026-06-02, version 1.20.0*

The benefits associated with this card were reduced, and yet a higher annual fee presented on my card. I requested my card be closed as it no longer benefits me to keep this line of credit. Getting a hold of customer service was difficult. I received an automated response. I reached out again and received a slightly more detailed explanation. Telling me that the annual fee was in line with my increased credit. I will tell you that the annual fee is significantly high for the amount of credit that they have extended. The annual fee amounts over 15% of the total credit limit of the card. They refused to close the card for a second time. I have since responded that according to the fair credit government website, they are too close my account upon my request and I’m currently waiting for a response. I would never choose this credit card again, knowing what I know now. When I first accepted this credit card it had significantly more benefits. Do not let them trick you with their cute mascot… and stick to a mainstream credit card for your needs.

### 1/5 — Capped credit limit

*2026-06-02, version 1.20.0*

Capped credit limit after years of good credit management

### 1/5 — Cant even make a password

*2026-05-27, version 1.19.0*

Congratulations you did nothing but piss me off

### 1/5 — A joke

*2026-05-03, version 1.15.1*

Everyone approved yeah right

### 1/5 — CRASHING Charged my card poor customer service

*2026-04-30, version 1.15.1*

I download the app on several devices to try to see if the crashing was contingent on the device however the app just is poorly functioning. It allowed me to sign up. connected to my personal bank account, charged my account and resets every time I try to check on the status. I emailed haven’t received an update or response.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Growth

*2026-08-04, version 1.29.0*

Excellent card to grow and learn about credit

### 5/5 — Loving it

*2026-07-12, version 1.26.0*

I had no credit card and I was literally only accepted for a secure credit card and I realized that it was basically a debit card with a fancy title and then I tried the Arro credit card and was excepted with a small credit limit but by all means it has taught me how to manage my money and for that I am grateful

### 5/5 — My favorite credit card!

*2026-05-08, version 1.15.3*

You honestly just have to try it. It’s an unsecured credit card, it starts you off with a limit based on your current credit score, BUT it gives you so many opportunities to increase your limit. Arro has little quizzes and videos, and goals that you can complete and it increases your limit. I started off with Arro about 2 months ago, and I believe my limit was $100 to begin with. Well, it’s already at $425 and I STILL have more opportunities to increase. Just pay attention to the dates that your next quiz is available so you can receive the increase, and stay on top of completing the goals (they’re very easy goals) and you’re set. I find myself using this card more than my Atlas, Capital One, or Discover IT card.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-03-31, version 1.12.0*

I love this credit card. It’s brilliant how they are set up to educate and reward their customers.

### 5/5 — The best Credit Card in the market.

*2026-03-05, version 1.5.0*

Initially, it started with $100, over the last 3 months, I managed to raise it to $600. It is unsecured card and I do recommend those who are rebuilding or new to credit market. I started with 584 score, in 3 months, my score jumped to 707. Thank you Arro! I am in Platinum right now.

### 5/5 — The realest review of Arro

*2026-02-27*

Look, I’m about as critical and honest as they get about FinTech companies. So take this review seriously.

My credit is in shambles thanks to the ‘Rona almost killing me. Although now I have a killer job, I am left repairing the damage from lost income….unfortunately, creditors don’t care about that.

In comes Arro.

I earn about $4200 a month post-tax. They started me out with a $75 limit which has grown to $105 (via boosts). Now, it’s certainly not the $1000 limit I want, but it’s a godsend to have $1 available.

They educate. They give great payment reminders. They don’t make you feel like a useless piece of poo. The two times my card was accidentally locked, it was immediately unlocked by a live email agent.

Payments via debit card post immediately. Card payments post 36-48 hours later.

I thank Arro from the bottom of my heart for the chance to prove myself a worthy borrower. I can’t wait to have this card at $500 or more since my income supports it.

I’d love to see extra cash back in rotating categories one day.

This is the card that other cards aspire to be like.

### 5/5 — Truly exceptional credit card

*2026-01-09, version 0.86.4*

I have been using Arro and I was initially given $70 of credit line due to my thin credit profile and new bank account but now I reached to $300 thanks to their education platforms and challenges that I passed and been granted with credit line increase. I am aiming to reach $600 this month January and $1000 till February. This is progressive card where you could get more credit line for the knowledge you get.

### 5/5 — The best credit for beginners

*2025-10-15, version 0.71.1*

I honestly wish I would’ve started with this credit card for my first credit card. I think this would be a wonderful credit to start off with, if you don’t have one yet. It helps you learn more about credits n earn more credit limit while you learn. It’s still one of my main credit cards.

### 5/5 — Terrible Don’t Do It

*2025-09-29, version 0.71.1*

Mobile only app and when app doesn’t work they don’t fix the error! Overcharged me when I haven’t spent and fees don’t add up to even what was used on the card and they DO NOT FIX IT!

### 5/5 — Recommend

*2025-09-09, version 0.67.0*

This is the BEST credit card I have ever had. I always go through troubles in my life and ARRO has been the only company that has held off from reporting negative items on my credit report or worse closing my account altogether. Thank you ARRO for working to better my credit and not affect it.
