The service is fast, and very accurate. The theft protection is absolute fantastic and have saved me many many times (my fault for buying from not authentic sites, I was naive) ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Apple *2025-12-14, version 2025.10.01.2* It would be nice to add debit card to apple wallet like we could with previous bank. ### 1/5 — Don’t do business with if you are smart *2025-11-11, version 2025.07.01.2* Paid off my loan with the last of my set monthly income they said I was all set then took a extra payment out of my account putting me in a hole and forcing a 36 dollar overdraft fee when called them they said they cannot send the extra payment back to my bank and make things right with the forced overdraft fee instead I have to wait a week for them to send me a check just for the payment they took and weren’t supposed to and I’m stuck with all the recurring overdraft fees till I get my money next month because them returning just my payment won’t cover how much I’m gonna be charged till I finally get the check in the mail that they won’t send out for a week and I will be lucky to get in two weeks. If you use this app, you’re well aware of the constant “application errors” where you can’t view your balance or load anything to make changes.
