### 2/5 — Previous Review Addendum

*2026-08-18, version 3.0.10*

I already left a negative review about this new stats rollout and it's inaccuracy and the annoyance it's caused me, but I have something else to say now that I see one of the goals you can set for your ai coach to track is "lose weight." YOU ARE NOT A CALORIE TRACKING APP. It is undoubtedly dishonest to give users a score for losing weight when missing the biggest piece of the puzzle: diet. I understand consistency changes the metabolic rate but you cannot out-train a bad diet no matter how intense or consistent you are. It would be much better served as one of the benefits you can unlock rather than a flat score that's making promises it cannot keep.

### 4/5 — Please add an easier display feature to view past set’s weights and reps for exercises while at gym

*2026-08-10, version 3.0.9*

Arrow is an amazing fitness that holds you accountable and helps gain results. It has so many useful features especially the body map depicting muscles that have been worked and the stats section. The only issue I have is that while working out there is not a button to view past sets weights and repetitions. While there is pr progress as you select an exercise I believe that there should be the addition of a button on the workout screen for exercises to view past efforts so we can progressively overload. This is common for many other gym apps and this feature would make arrow complete as the perfect fitness “tracking” app.
Thank you very much

### 2/5 — Not the same

*2026-08-03, version 3.0.9*

Used this app when it came out as Level. Now to even get access it’s stuck behind a pay wall. Just sucks to see such a great app fall.

### 4/5 — Love it, but there’s a problem

*2026-08-01, version 3.0.9*

I’ve been using this app for months no problems and now there’s problems. It seems not to be counting certain workouts that I have been doing and it’s pissing me off. Because I select the workout specifically and then it doesn’t count them or it moves to another workout without my progression. When I get done with my workout after I swear I did certain muscles. It doesn’t highlight them. I don’t know if it’s a bug or whatever but please fix it. I’m a loyal member of this app and community. Use it almost every day(to the point I have a yearly subscription) except when I’m at home doing my home gym. I don’t count that. So a few more suggestions. When you select start on one machine for workout it stays locked. You can’t slide. Nothing until you hit stopped. Again, fix these small issues it will be greatly appreciated. Otherwise great app.

### 2/5 — Update sucks

*2026-07-31, version 3.0.9*

Not a fan at all of the new ai coach on the stats tab. Have been using this app for a few months but with the stats tab update I think I'll look elsewhere. The muscle tab for stats also shows inaccurate numbers for the amount of weekly sets ive done per muscle. Like the number of weekly sets for my leg muscles didnt change at all after logging my leg day which is just silly. Additionally, I hate how I can't acheive some of the trophies or the cardio-based weekly quest because of the paywall. Lastly Ive been consistently getting 101% of muscles worked per week which was funny at first but now Im just annoyed that it's clearly glitching.

### 4/5 — Weekly Quests

*2026-07-24, version 3.0.9*

This app records your PRs, volume lifted, what muscles you’ve activated, your progress over time on a certain movement, etc. It’s great but I think a good QOL update to this app would be removing cardio as a requirement to finish all your weekly quests. This is because you must have a membership to log an activity which is apart of the weekly quests, so I don’t think it’s fair for the weekly feature to be locked behind a pay wall. A good way to counter this would be making it free to log an activity or to allow you to reroll certain things in the weekly quest so you can finish them without paying money. Thanks.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2026-07-18, version 3.0.9*

Great app, just needs a social leaderboard where you can view others pages to observe progress and follow new people

### 2/5 — Not for advanced fitness enthusiasts

*2026-07-08, version 3.0.8.1*

This app is very limited in exercises. It designed a workout for me including equipment that I hadn’t selected.

### 1/5 — Subscription

*2026-07-01, version 3.0.8.1*

You now need to pay for a subscription for arrow. This is unacceptable.

### 2/5 — Backward Progress

*2026-06-25, version 3.0.8.1*

I’ve used this app for over 4 years now and when I joined there was a submit workout option. This gave users the chance to add lifts to the system that potentially were not already in the system. This allowed for users to catalog a large database of lifts and exercises. Excluding the paywall they established, they’ve removed workouts that previously were accessible for years. Prime examples of this was the cable crunch or the Ab roller. It would be nice to see these, amongst other workouts, added back onto the system or have a user submit button added back.

### 4/5 — Great app but one thing missing

*2026-06-24, version 3.0.8.1*

Been using the app nearly 2 years and it is great. However I think one thing they should add is an offline feature or something that allows the workouts to be logged when offline. Simply due to the fact if the app went offline you could still log and use the app without any issues. Which just mean the workouts could be stored locally on your phone.

### 1/5 — Fix the account creation

*2026-06-17, version 3.0.8.1*

I purchased a 1-year membership and was excited to use the app, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. After answering what felt like dozens of onboarding questions and successfully logging in, the app asked me to log in again. When I entered my credentials, I received an error saying, ‘That email address is already in use.’ If my email is already in use, then the app should recognize my existing account and let me sign in. Instead, I’m stuck and unable to access a service I’ve already paid for. The signup/login flow is confusing and appears broken. Please fix this and improve support for paying customers.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2026-08-12, version 3.0.9*

Used the app for more than two years. Recently I wasn’t able to log any workouts. In an attempt to fix this issue I deleted the app only to find out I wasn’t able to log into my account anymore. 2+ years of progress lost.

### 1/5 — I have used this app for years

*2026-08-04, version 3.0.9*

I downloaded this app when I first released. Went on a slight hiatus due to some injuries at the gym, tried coming back to my favorite app. I had to do so many questions and random stuff just to get into the app, to realize all of my previous workouts, I have spent hours and hours creating are gone. moving to a new app
Honestly, the beta was the better version

### 1/5 — No access

*2026-08-01, version 3.0.9*

I signed up for this app. I have no access I tried emailing the contact people to try to get me onto this app. I paid $17 and some cents for a year and I can’t even get on cause every time I try to access the app is telling me I gotta pay again I don’t recommend it.

### 1/5 — Horrible Greedy Company

*2026-08-01, version 3.0.9*

I’ve been a loyal Arrow Fitness user from the very first day, and the most recent update completely destroyed my trust in the app.

In September 2025, I paid for a full year of the Gold subscription because it was the highest tier available for $35 and included full access. Before my one-year subscription even expired, the developers introduced a new “Diamond” tier and moved features I had already paid for behind another paywall.

Instead of honoring the subscription I purchased for the full year, they effectively downgraded my active subscription and expected me to pay another $60 to get back the functionality I originally bought.

Changing your pricing model is one thing. Taking away benefits from customers who already paid for a year is another. Existing annual subscribers should have been grandfathered in until their subscription expired.

After years of supporting this app, I feel completely misled. I won’t be renewing, and I can’t recommend paying for any long-term subscription if the terms can change before it ends.

When this app came out a few years ago I absolutely loved it. It was simple, free, and worked well. So when they came out with gold access I was more than happy to support a solid app. But terminating users access early when they had already prepaid in full, and then putting a higher paywall above that existing access is something I will not stand for.

I highly recommend you dont download this app, you cant even use it without signing up for a trial. Not what it used to be. They lost a loyal customer that has been here from the very first day it launched pre-access on the app store. Horribly dissatisfied and disappointed.

### 1/5 — Pay To Use

*2026-07-28, version 3.0.9*

They force you to get a subscription to use the app and don't even let you know when the free trial is over. Just got charged without even letting know. I want my refund.

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2026-07-26, version 3.0.9*

After 3 min of questions is asking for money! Waste of time !

### 1/5 — Scam app - don’t waste your time

*2026-07-26, version 3.0.9*

This app is a scam!!! If you click free 7 day or $1.99 30 day trial, it still charges you instantly for a full year subscription at $129.99. Won’t be using this app again. Also doesn’t have much exercises to choose from for home gyms like resistance bands etc. it’s all machines and equipment. Extremely disappointing ripoff.

### 1/5 — Charged £79.99 for no reason

*2026-07-17, version 3.0.8.1*

I have used this app for over a year now and I got a new debit card so when I went to renew my subscription a free trial shown so I subscribed and was charged £79.99 and now I’ve been told that it’s not eligible for a refund and not given a reason

### 1/5 — App is not working

*2026-07-12, version 3.0.8.1*

It keeps taking me back to create my plan. MORE THAN 10 TIMES. IM DONE AND TIRED SICK OF THIS

### 1/5 — Lost Progress

*2026-07-03, version 3.0.8.1*

App just stopped working so I deleted, redownloaded it, and tried to sign back into my account but it just made a new one, and I can’t sign back into my old one. Hitting the resync button restored my workout history cause I can see them all again but my account is down to level 5 after 22d and 5 hours spent using the app in the gym and 7m lbs lifted, trophies gone too

### 5/5 — Good app just need animations

*2026-07-24, version 3.0.9*

Great Fitness App for mobiles and watches . It would be even better if all exercises, especially gym machine exercises, had animations to show the correct movement and help the users to understand them easily. Overall, a very useful app for me

### 5/5 — Add overview streak calendar view

*2026-07-18, version 3.0.9*

Been using this app since its launched and changed name. The calendar view is a great update but it would be better if we could look back at past months to see our streaks from other months on the calendar.
