They’re so unreliable. I book taxis day in advance and they’re never on time, without any contact or updates and the people on the phone are rude. Could you please just make sure the app always shows the actual in the details of each individual completed ride instead of “Today” or “Yesterday”. That will make expensing trips much easier. I’ve tried to add various cards to the app so I can pay, but they all say they’re declined, though my bank confirm that my card is fine. I called Arrow to try to get help but the guy I spoke to said he couldn’t help and when I asked to speak to someone who could he put me on hold and then cut me off. Having payment automatically taken was key for me, so really frustrating to lose this function. I’ll have a look for another taxi firm with a working app, not sure whether Worthing has one! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-08-17, version 33.2.6* Agree with previous reviewer - was told I needed to update and can’t even get this to work! How Can I get the old one back? ### 1/5 — App is no longer working *2021-07-11, version 33.2.6* After latest update the app not only logged me out but completely deleted my account. When trying to sign up again, it asks for the phone number in order to send the verification code, but the code doesn’t come through. I have been trying for days now still with no luck. Very disappointing as it used to be a good and handy app. ### 1/5 — sets wrong time *2021-07-02, version 33.2.6* staff and drivers are amazing HOWEVER this app isn’t worth downloading. you’ll have much more luck calling up. the app sets the wrong time but as least you can track drivers. avoid the app and ring instead :) ### 1/5 — Room for improvement! *2020-12-03, version 2.1.0* Disappointed with this app. Been prompted to update to new version of app having used “old” version quite happily for years. Past history, bookings, profile and payment details not carried across to new app. Verification email address not turning up despite several attempts to re-send. Unable to edit payment card when I inadvertently put in incorrect postcode and had to delete and re-input from scratch. Clearly doesn’t allow me to input stored credit card details automatically either as most apps do. Lets you make and confirm a booking then, Takes you to t&c page and then spinning wheel of doom. Also no booking exists when you call the Indian call centre. Even when prebooked 2 days prior taxi is late ### 1/5 — Absolute Shambles *2023-05-20, version 34.0.17* Used to book a taxi back from a party. Carried out 24 hours in advance. Simple and straightforward to do. However, I was in a location with sketchy phone service and had a missed call 20 minutes before taxi was supposed to arrive. Called back and was told I needed to pay in advance and that taxi had been cancelled as they could not get hold of me. Would have happily paid upfront but app said cash to driver. Eventually got a cab 1 hour later. An absolute joke of a service. Sort yourselves out Arrow ### 1/5 — Pointless!! *2022-06-21, version 33.6.19* In order to sign up it asks for mobile number then says it has sent a code but no code is ever received and you can’t get passed this page!! ### 1/5 — Didn’t give the driver my pickup location *2021-12-20, version 33.2.6* Got a call from the driver as the app hadn’t shared my pickup location at all. Was sending the driver to a random road. Every time I open the app, the map centres on somewhere in France, even with location always enabled. ### 1/5 — 5 Star to 1 Star *2021-11-14, version 33.2.6* Like many here, I have been forced to ditch a perfectly working 5 star app for one that lost all my history, doesn’t properly track cars and appears to start up in Algeria.
