Login details work fine on account access via their website but use the same details in the app and it tells me login details incorrect! Please sort ### 1/5 — App crashes when payment details are entered. *2022-08-17, version 33.7.4* The app is fine for booking a taxi to pay cash, but it crashes when adding payment details to the wallet. ### 1/5 — Very poor *2022-08-12, version 33.7.4* App will not work, does not send the confirmation email so cannot use it. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2022-08-01, version 33.7.4* Link to app from website doesn’t work. App won’t let me register. Doesn’t send activation email nor text. Phoned Arrow and they couldn’t help. Made a booking via website so I know my account works but can’t log on to app! Wasted over an hour on this. It says it will send a code to a mobile but doesn’t. The resend code button just gives an error. It is annoying that airports grant monopolies to taxi firms that are pants ### 1/5 — Not working *2022-06-27, version 33.7.4* Will not even get past the point of putting in your mobile number to make an account so my custom will be lost and gained by another local taxi company I am afraid unless you get this sorted asap. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-06-27, version 33.7.4* Cannot add credit cards to wallet, cannot add favourite locations…..app just crashes when confirming any of these things. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-03-08, version 35.1.9* I used the app to book a late night journey from Bristol airport to home. The booking was confirmed & I took a screenshot to pass on to my fellow travellers. Payment was immediately taken showing the money went to ‘Ajdsl Taxis’. (Oh & it wasn’t cheap for a relatively short journey)! Flight arrived on time but the Arrow office claimed there was no such reservation & they had never heard of ‘Ajdsl Taxis’. They then said they had found a reservation from me for a different date!! The reservation had disappeared from the app on my phone but thankfully I had the screenshot as proof. Just as I was thinking the app was a scam I was mysteriously ushered to a taxi with the only comment being it would be better if I booked via telephone in future & given a business card. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2024-11-15, version 34.6.15* Set up an account and needed to provide card details before they would let me book. They took £1.01 payment and then I found out I couldn’t book - it kept saying they had no availability. I called them directly and booked. I asked about refunding the £1.01 fee and didn’t get a straight answer. Rubbish app. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-09-12, version 34.6.15* Allows you to book, and confirm pre-booking at a fixed price for journey home from airport. When I went to the airport office for taxi home, they said there was no such booking and the fixed price was only an estimated price and had to pay an extra £2.50 ! A terrible company to deal with at LBA. I will never use them again! ### 1/5 — Dreadful *2024-05-25, version 34.2.33* You can never log in, ever! The account you just created doesn’t exist, create another one it says, same with their website. Zero stars ### 1/5 — Horrendous don’t use *2024-05-24, version 34.2.33* Terrible service and when a prebooked taxi was late the operator was incredibly rude and hung up when I questioned the reliability of the service. ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2024-02-23, version 34.2.33* App and web account do not seem to link. Will only ever book for airport to home by web as a result and will use other companies where possible. Really poor in this day and age. Arrow used to be really good and reliable. ### 1/5 — FRUSTRATION *2023-09-26, version 34.2.33* I have previously successfully used the app, last April 23, now it doesn’t know who i am, will not send a password reminder and i have lost an hour of my life trying to book a taxi and i still don't have one booked. ### 1/5 — Password not recognized *2023-08-27, version 34.2.33* I installed the app yesterday after I registered and booked a taxi on my pc. I went through the signing up procedure, and I used a “very strong” password. But neither the site nor the app recognize my credentials. I can’t sign in to the app, and I can’t sign in on my pc. Error, error, error. I reset the password three times, still not recognized. Sorry, it’s rubbish. ### 1/5 — Unable to book ahead *2023-06-26, version 34.2.33* The app assumes you want a pick up where you are now. No way to specify ahead at airport on arrival! Assumes pick up where you are located - abroad!! This is crazy. When I get to airport it will be too late to book Arrow. I will take any available taxi. How to lose business and friends😩 ### 1/5 — Terrible company-avoid! *2023-04-05, version 34.0.21* Charged for a trip which was cancelled due to the driver being extremely late. Won’t respond to any messages about this. More expensive and worse service than other firms. Lovely drivers. Coped with our flight delay too. ### 2/5 — App fine, but taxis late/cancel. *2025-03-12, version 35.1.9* App does the job but the way the company works is awful. When you book a taxi, it rarely turns up on time. The last two weeks I’ve had to wait for 45+ minutes and multiple drivers cancelling, and waiting for a new driver to be assigned. It’s frustrating and I’m booking for a vulnerable adult, so really poor.
