Esta aplicación es buena pero a notado que cambia mucho la tarifa de los viajes por ejemplo yo siempre uso el taxi para ir al mismo lugar así que de ida me cobra  $10 dólares y de regreso $12 !!! Así que eso es muy molestoso

My co-worker recommended this app to me because of all of the Arrow cabs by us but it won’t let me input my card info…. It keeps telling me that my state needs to be entered even though I entered it and when I go back it’s still clearly there…. In the state field. I hope they fix it since I don’t usually carry a lot of cash on me. Until then I guess I’ll stick to uber.

Won’t let me add credit card. Won’t validate ‘State’. Makes the app pointless, might as well call for pickup.

7/21/21 UPDATE:  Now it won’t even let me select ‘cash payment’ as an option.

So to review:  You can’t select a credit card because it won’t accept the information, AND you can’t select cash because the option is gone.  

TOTALLY BROKEN NOW, can’t use it to call a taxi anymore.  Please fix this!!

Can’t store my credit card because it’s not verifying my state???. Makes the app totally useless

My debit card doesn’t add. If you have it where you can take a picture of the card it would be so much easier?

The app is useful at it’s basic level. What doesn’t help is the animations. They’re a waste of time, don’t add any functionality and doesn’t fool anyone. But they do annoy me because once the animation is done you still have to wait for a driver to be found.  Check out the Uber app for pointers.

There’s no was to add a credit card! And there’s no option to use cash??

Was a good app until everything changed about a week ago.

Why isn’t cash a payment option anymore? On top of that it won’t even let you add your credit card because of the state. I also notice the rates went up. Smh

It would be faster to just walk trust me unreliable and very unprofessional they are not respectful of people or their time they’re way better and more efficient cab company’s in the are I highly recommend using those first

I tried to update an existing payment method, but it would not let me. I deleted it and tried to enter it again, but it keeps telling me to try again. This needs to be fixed because sometimes the app is the only way to contact the cab company.

I love that there’s an app now, but The app won’t let me update the payment.  It keeps saying that’s need enter in a state and every time I do it says it’s invalid…
