Tired of typing my password every, single. time. Took forever to find it in setting. Ask once and that’s it. Chat bubble is always in the way, needs a way to hide it too. Locations page to find ATMs sucks too. Only shows sketchy places and have to resort to my map app. Like filters is TINY. Chat bubble blocks details, once again. (So much unused space under address. And if address is pressed close is tiny as well) Add a dark mode! Scanning checks is incredibly dumb! never scans & always resort scan manually. a downgrade from any normal bank. Don’t get me started on Zelle!! 😡 I don’t care about it being another company. That’s your issue. You’re the one that made the app, other banks have figured it out to where I don’t have to be inputting verification code. X on top right when typing memo is too easy to exit entire Zelle page & start over. An issue where I have to change person I’m sending money to, to include a nickname next to their name. NEVER had I had to do that. I have 6 siblings, so what I have to change a nickname to each sibling to brother/sister?! Utterly STUPID. Starting my rating at 4 stars. Each month I’ll come back and reduce a star each time nothing has improved. Authentication error! Tried a wrong password, that gives a bad credentials error, so that’s not the issue. They need to hire whoever develops Navy Federal’s app, it Always works ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-04-24, version 4020.2.0* The app frequently crashes during use, often without warning. In addition, I am repeatedly prompted to sign in multiple times within a single session, even though Face ID is enabled on my device. This defeats the purpose of having biometric authentication and significantly disrupts the user experience. These issues have made it difficult to reliably access my account and complete basic banking tasks. Given the importance of secure and consistent access to financial services, I find this situation both inconvenient and concerning. I would appreciate it if your technical team could investigate these problems and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my end to assist in troubleshooting. ### 1/5 — The app is horrible *2026-04-20, version 4020.2.0* The app is always having issues connecting, gives a “authentication needed” message but doesn’t allow you to do anything to resolve it, then you get a “system is not responding, try again later” message and you can’t view your balance or anything making it completely useless. I hate this app and wish Arrowhead would fix it. It sucks ### 1/5 — Glitchy & SLOW! *2025-12-24, version 4019.0.3* Almost always encountering issues with this app. It is SO slow and glitchy! The “remember me” option often gets wiped and you have to manually enter member id & password again. Then authorize Face ID AGAIN. The chat feature is also hard to find as sometimes the bubble doesn’t even appear. If you are in the middle of being helped in a chat and have to navigate to another part of the app, there is no seamless way to return to the chat. The bubble is no longer in “contact us” and it appears like if you have abandoned the chat.
