No need for bulky clipboards and score sheets while practicing! It’s fast, convenient and easy to use! ### 5/5 — Best score keeper *2021-12-28* I have used this app for a long time and rely on it. It is great that it has all the rounds already set, yet let’s you make up your own. Unlike some others, it lets you store sight marks too, which is very convenient. The scorecard display and entry keyboard is the best I have seen. The emailed scores also look great. There are improvements I would like to see. First, I have to make several’archer’ entries since sight marks are different for X7 and X10 arrows, and with different limbs, but you can only select one to display scores. Next, it would be good to include a way to work out your handicap. Next, PB scores and season best, and maybe a display that tells you your current stand so (1st class, bowman, etc). Given sight marks at some distances, a calculation of estimated sight marks at other distances using ballistics calculations would be useful. Plenty of good features and most importantly fast to use in the field under time pressure with a tab hanging off your finger. Recommended. Recent update brings it up to speed with WA rounds etc. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can't setup event because of app closing *2018-03-30, version 1.7* Can't even get my first event setup because the app keeps closing on me. So I assume the rest of the app is garbage also. Uninstall ### 1/5 — Crashes every time. *2015-04-27, version 1.6* Requested help since program crashes constantly. Doesn't work well with 8.3. A fix is coming. Work around is to open and close screens in specific order. ### 1/5 — Dont even bother *2012-09-05, version 1.5* This is just a huge waste of money. Missing GNAS indoor rounds. Not as easy to use as others. Put simply, just buy iArcher. The notebook we used was falling apart and this seemed like a sensible choice due to the high reviews. As a scoring app it does what it needs to and does it well, but for £9.99 I did expect a little more bang for my buck. As a minimum I’d have wanted to be able to input which type of bow each archer was using. It would also be nice to have the option of being able to plot arrow positions on a target to track grouping. I know you can add photos but it’s not the same. If it could do these I’d say it was perfect but it loses two stars as a result - one for the price and one for the lack of additional features that other (cheaper) apps have. ### 3/5 — Disappointing *2018-12-17, version 2.0* I had heard a lot of good about this app, but am a bit disappointed so far. I see there are quite a few rounds missing. I can’t find the FITA/WA field rounds, it also is missing the four AA target rounds introduced at the beginning of 2017, namely the AA50/1440, AA40/1440, AA50/720 and the AA40/720. It also only has the compound clout distance of 180 metres, and is missing the recurve and longbow clout rounds (165m and 145m respectively). I shoot multiple equipment types, so would like to be able to assign which bow I’m using for which event. Apart from these glaring oversights, it seems OK, but I haven’t seriously played with it yet. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — We Love scoring with ArrowNautics *2026-06-08* Thank you for another great update. The Target Faces visuals are wonderful and so many to choose from. Dark mode looks great. It’s never crashed on me and is easy to use. ### 5/5 — Good could be even better *2023-10-13* I have been using this App for just over a year for Target and Field Archery. It’s really well designed and easy to use, but could be even better with a few tweaks and extra features. In target archery such as the GNAS rounds you can enter the names of witnesses, but it would be better if their was also a signature box where they could actually sign on the screen and then their signature and mine could be displayed on your scorecard under their name. Also a box to enter notes or comments which could then also appear on the scorecard. In Field, ie the NFAS Rounds, the ability to choose the number of targets, some have 2x20, others may be 2x18 and score them as novelty targets when you arrive eg, Predator & Prey or other multiple shots in a single target. Lastly their is no way to score Wasp Pegs which count double points if hit. I hope you can take this constructively, incorporate these features and keep up the good work.
