Every reply gets read by an actual human on the team. ### 3/5 — Great puzzles, but… *2026-06-15* I love the puzzles and I would love to give this game a higher rating were it not for some glaring issues that I have to report here. First, there is no method of requesting in-game support. One full star gone. Even here when you are supposed to be able to go to a website to get support, you are sent to a site that clearly states it supports certain games - which list does not include this game. Two other things I’d like to see improved: the stability of the game board on the iPad. It moves around a lot, making it difficult for the player to select the arrow wanted. Second, the game does not recognize when I have successfully completed a daily puzzle. If I have to complete a certain number of levels before daily challenges are available, then that should be made known. **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful feedback, and also for the kind words about the puzzles. Not only that, but it has a timer that will also kick you out for a restart — don’t play it when your wife is trying to talk to you!!
