It’s literally all I need the app for and this feature has ceased to work. Definitely a waste of time for me. ### 3/5 — What happened to the Home Screen *2023-03-26* The Home Screen as disappeared from the app. Instead I now have two “more” buttons, one on either end of the display options at the bottom. Both are identical as far as info. Individual features are also frequently down. The app doesn’t give the robust functionality and features as compared to other banking apps. ### 2/5 — App works but missing info *2022-03-30, version 2021.11.0.53* The bank has VERY SPECIFIC things that need to be on each deposit endorsement and will reject it for not being exactly right. One letter is enough to kick it back. No other banks have this level of scrutiny. ### 1/5 — Auto Loans *2021-11-14, version 2021.6.0.50* Worst app if you want to pay your auto loan, always says contact customer support ### 4/5 — Perfect for what I need it for *2018-04-02* I don’t bank with Arsenal. Only have my car loan with them so for what I need it for, it’s perfect! Just go and check my loan amount and make sure my payment posted. It would be nice to be able to make my payment on the app with my debit card which is the only downside for me. I live far from the branches so I have to mail in my payments or drive a distance to make my payment. It’s an inconvenience but hey, what can I do about it 🤷🏾‍♀️ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unfortunate *2026-04-01* This app is awful and glitches constantly on a brand new iphone 17 ### 1/5 — Lock Out *2025-09-03* I have to continuously reset the password just to log in. Then, every time I log in with the new password it locks me out again. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Application crashes every day *2025-08-29* I appreciate the effort but releasing an app that freezes and fails when transferring money is unacceptable. This is a constant issue. The old app was wonderful. I had used it for years without a glitch. New features being added to this app such as a useless “are you a human” checkbox that errors out half of the time, app loading in to different account overview screens, transfers not successfully going through. I had used it for years without a glitch. If I have multiple checks it can take 15-20 minutes to get through them. Very frustrating. This has been happening for more than a year. As with every other update since the new app, the login screen is terrible and no longer does Face ID, any transaction within the app is inconsistent and unreliable. Slow loading screens all around. this is all on an iPhone 15 Pro whether I am on cellular or on Wi-Fi. ### 1/5 — Constant issues. Miss the old app. *2024-03-29* Constant issues with this new app. This new app is terrible. Give it up and go back to what we had. I dread having to do any kind of online banking now mainly due to the lack of consistency and overall unreliability of this app. I am having to call in to the bank, now, every time I make a transfer just to make sure it worked. Now i have to call in (which i did call in but the money has still not been taken out of my account) or wait 5 days to make a external transfer into my checking account then another transfer to my credit card account.
