Arsigo Crew is the official mobile app for managing your e-commerce store from anywhere. From orders and inventory to live customer chat and return approvals, handle everything from a single panel — wherever you are. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Dashboard: See daily/weekly/monthly revenue, order counts, channel performance and live visitors in real time. • Orders: View orders, update status (preparing, shipped, delivered) and confirm bank-transfer payments. Get an instant cash-register sound the moment a new order arrives. • Products & Stock: Edit products, update price/VAT, set stock per variant, and run stock counts. • Customer Reviews: Approve or reject incoming product reviews. • Returns & Exchanges: Review return and exchange requests, then approve or reject them. • Inbox: Reply to live customer conversations from your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger; manage support tickets. • Discounts: Create coupon codes and automatic discounts. • Plus customers, draft orders, abandoned carts and quick cart-link tools. All communication is secured over HTTPS with www.arsigo.com. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.4.1 — 2026-08-22 Arsigo Crew now works with Bluetooth thermal receipt printers. Open "Receipt Printer" on the staff screen, scan for your printer, select it and print a test receipt. From then on you can print a receipt with one tap when a sale is completed, a branch transfer is made or a production entry is finished. You can also reprint any record from the sales, transfer, production and order histories. Both 58 mm and 80 mm paper are supported, and a simplified character mode is available for printers that do not handle Turkish characters. Other improvements: • Select which warehouse (branch) stock is deducted from for sales, branch transfers and dealer/branch deliveries. • Customer selection is now available at every branch register; when a customer is selected, line prices switch to dealer pricing automatically. • New production history screen. • Switch cashiers with a PIN without leaving the register. • Branch staff screens are simplified to show only the relevant actions. • Various bug fixes and speed improvements. ### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-18 New: Mini POS to sell from your phone with barcode scanning, manual quantities, customer discounts, cash/card/on-account payment, instant receipt PDF and one-tap e-invoicing. Dealer ordering: dealers see balances, place orders and track delivery with receipt and invoice PDFs in-app. Factory dashboard: daily revenue, pending orders, production runs, stock levels and a unified movement feed, plus mobile production entry. Branch transfers, stock adjustments, role-based sign-in and bug fixes. ### 1.3.1 — 2026-07-25 This release brings Physical Store (POS) integration: • Orders tab is now split in two: Online Orders and Physical Store. See your POS sales day by day, item by item. • Instant notification for every POS sale: tap it to see the full sale detail (products, payment type, cashier). • Physical Store Report: revenue between any two dates, cash/card/on-account breakdown, categorized expenses and net profit. • Payment type shown on every row: Cash, POS, Split or On Account. • Staff mode: your sales staff sees only their own store's daily sales and can run stock counts. Revenue and other data stay visible to owners only. • Bug fixes and performance improvements. ### 1.3 — 2026-07-05 A big refresh across the whole app: Dark Mode Choose System, Light or Dark. Manage your store at night without straining your eyes. (Profile › Appearance) Live Visitor Tracking Tap the live counter on the home screen to see, in real time, how many people are on your site right now — who's in the cart, who's at checkout, and which cities they're browsing from. English Language Support The app is now fully available in English too. (Profile › Language) "Today" Orders Fixed Orders placed after midnight now count toward the correct day, so your daily sales and order numbers are accurate.
