Pieces frozen off the board so can't separate to see what they are and some froze on the board too Also can't get rid of the picture so more like a toddlers game

I paid for the ad-free version, but it never downloaded or unlocked any puzzles. The spiral of doom just keeps spinning. The free puzzles were nice, but don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work.

Am about to delete this app - pieces regularly disappear when about to be positioned - very frustrating. Don't bother with this app

Loved the subject matter, the choices of lovely art. Unfortunately I found that puzzles I started were not saved so I could come back and  continue working.Also I found working the edges some times  pieces get stuck and won’t move to their correct place

I really enjoy these puzzles but as another reviewer noted, the pieces disappear.  There doesn’t appear to be anyway to get them back other than restart.  In other jigsaw puzzles you can adjust the puzzle or the board to find something that’s been hidden.  It’s quite frustrating to almost complete a puzzle only to  lose a piece at the end.  If this gets fixed, I’d happily increase my rating to a five.  Am I missing something (other than pieces)?

The puzzle options allow you to choose a quantity of pieces for each puzzle. Easy and moderate levels work. More pieces seem to have issues. There isn’t any puzzle that functions properly on the difficult level. Pieces become stuck or completely disappear when you try to place them.  
It could be great if they resolve it. Adding the title and artist when the piece is completed would be a nice touch
