In fact I played every puzzle. Now instead of designing more puzzles they’ve added little pop-ups that say things like “perfect fit” as a distraction. I’m playing the same puzzles over and over. After the latest update, the hints counter only shows 99+. I would be interested in knowing why this change was necessary for game play. I would respectfully ask the programmers to reverse this particular change to allow a player who has accumulated over 100 hints to see EXACTLY how many they have. Before this latest update I would have rated the game 5 stars, but because this change seemed nefarious, I feel it only deserves 3 stars at this time. This is incredibly annoying and distracts from gentle, relaxing flow of the game. You tried this once before and took it away. However the latest update includes words that will randomly flash onto the screen when you match a puzzle piece, and the effect is probably meant to be encouraging, but it’s so jarring it takes me out of the meditative, peaceful experience. I watch an ad to see what fits in puzzle and it's the same piece I just tried. You are cheating and scamming your users. I’ve done a few thousand of these over the last couple years. It used to be great. Now all it shows are “mystery” levels, most of which are identical levels that have already been done before. Mystery levels also used to uncover/unhide after completing. Now they stay covered when done so you have no idea what it was without opening it. And the words popping up when pieces are placed? What brought me to write this review is the new phrases that appear periodically while playing, I find them obnoxious and if they have to stay, please make a setting so we can turn them off. The water sort puzzle is engaging and keeps me doing “just one more…”, but the random guessing aspect of gem drop is discouraging.
