It doesn’t properly order the artworks based on my “compare” selections. **Developer response:** I'm sorry that caused you difficulty. I'm not sure what the issue might have been. Please feel free to email support@zurka.com if that happens again and we'll try to sort it our for you. ### 2/5 — Export feature doesn’t seem to work *2020-02-02* Nice to preview art, but the export feature doesn’t seem to work. Very disappointing. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. I expect that because the art hadn't been hung in the gallery and assigned identification numbers yet it seemed like the export feature didn't work. Please try it again when you have a chance. ### 3/5 — Issues during drawing *2020-02-18* My app, and those around me all had issues with the app during the drawing. It would revert to showing 199 as the last taken item and then add back everything in our list since the items after we’re now not marked as taken. Had to restart the app about every 3 minutes. Now, I’m on the other side of the country but still can participate in the event because of Art Thief. Thank you so much for creating and continuing to improve it! ### 5/5 — Is Art Being Removed? *2023-01-25* I sorted my art a few weeks ago and now all of my top picks are gone. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the art selection seems very different and none of my favorites that I remember are there. ### 5/5 — Fun, Functional, and Fabulous *2019-02-10* Art Thief made picking my favorite art fun. I spent a couple hours walking through the gallery with my mobile devise and all the great art. I love being able to sort by my ratings or piece number. This was my third show. The first time I only used the paper catalog of listed pieces- and I used THREE. Almost a whole tree... The second show I used The Art Thief app, and only one catalog as insurance since the app was a little bumpy. This year I went completely paperless including my tickets, and it was seamless. I 100% love this app! It improves the overall experience of the Patron’s Show and makes me feel even better that funds that might have gone to paper production actually go to the Art League. Every penny counts, and I’m happy to support any effort that encourages environmentally sustainable events! The creator(s) of this app deserves major recognition! I can’t wait for this to be the norm for all attendees of the Patron’s Show. ### 5/5 — Absolutely fabulous *2018-02-19* Thank you so much for creating this app - this is my 14th year at the Patron’s Show. This year I used the app exclusively for ranking and choosing my art (last year I used it somewhat but also had prepared my usual paper backup). I can’t tell you how much easier it was to just use the app and it all worked perfectly. (Although I would have loved the barcode scanning feature to “catch up” ... if you had that option somewhere during the breaks I didn’t see it.)
